I'm pretty sure the wheel speech takes place in her chambers. I just had a quick look and the torch that can be seen behind her in the trailer is the same kind of torch that's in her room.

I'm hoping it's not to Tyrion, but only so that I'm not proved wrong

The only other options are Daario and Missandei. I don't think she'll be bringing Jorah or Hizdahr into her chambers.

No, she would have no reason to give the wheel speech to Daario or Hizzy because they are both Essos men and wouldn't care one fig for all the houses and their names in Westeros, right? It's got to be Tyrion because he's the only one that just came from Westeros in hope of supporting her claim to the throne. He's going to explain how things are across the narrow sea and she's going to give him the wheel speech.

He never finished his conversation with Jorah about whether she would be a good queen. It's time he's starts telling her the truth, whether she wants to hear it or not.

I completely forgot about that spokes on wheel speech, it seems ages ago when the trailer was released. I also believe Tyrion will be the one she's talking to.

Sneaky, you edited Hizdahr to Missandei or did I just imagine that?! ... But Missandei doesn't fit either. If Ser Barristan was still alive I would have guessed she gave that speech to him because he knows so much about the houses of Westeros but now the only one who knows all the names (or cares) is Tyrion. Tyrion's reaction, if he is smart will be to gently counsel her on how powerful those houses still are ... well ... for the time being. With winter and white walkers coming, that could be debatable how much of westeros will still be left in a year or two from now but Tyrion's problem is he doesn't believe in grumpkins and snarks... so he won't warn Dany about the threats beyond the wall, will he? He also didn't believe dragons could live again either, so maybe this is where his skepticism starts to turn.

We still didn't get the scene from the season trailer in which Loras reaches Olyvar on his cell, with Olenna watchig from behind, did we?

I originally said she wouldn't bring Jorah into her chambers, but I added Hizdhar after the fact. Tyrion is sitting next to Hizdahr at Daznak's pit in the photos released from filming in Osuna, so imagine she could accept him into her council after this episode. And it's possible with Tyrion meeting Dany this soon, he will urge her to move on to Westeros. But yeah the problem is, there won't really be enough time for him to advise her since Daznaks is in 509. So essentially Tyrion is sort of filling Barristans role from the books so I think the spirit of some of his chapters will be there in Tyrions scenes and how he deals with Meereen.

Yes, good point there about how they're likely switching Tyrion into Barristan's chapters in the book. Sadly, I would have rather they kept him alive - they've missed some great dialogue opportunities between he and Tyrion there. I'm also just going to go ahead and set my mind that we won't have any real decisions made at all this season for Dany, there's only three episodes left and I do not think that's enough time for much between she and Tyrion or any new council she puts together (possibly Varys or Illyrio joins?) ... they're going to leave her story on a cliffhanger much as we had in the books minus the chapters in the Dothraki sea.

We'll still get the Dothraki Sea, unless somewhere in the next two episodes there's a scene of Drogon on his own chilling amongst the charred bones of sheep.

Me too, because then if Sansa appears in 509 and has a cameo during the WOS she'd still technically go 10/10
