Well, she is above everyone in that, so "must be" is a bit of a stretch Someone has already pointed out that her background during the speech is different than the typical background she has during her moments in her throne room so it's probably not there it happens. Ah I didn't realise that

In the promo, there's a shot of Tyrion looking at something is shock inside so that could certainly be the same conversation. My best guess would be Tyrion has run off while Jorah is fighting, and is found in a corridor by someone and that's what he looks up at. I can't see it being Dany just wandering about.

I have expressed my opinion about THAT scene all around this place, and I want to focus on the positive, but just in case someone hasn't seen my spam: it was disturbing and I hated it. Now, the rest of the episode: Arya, my baby, is back, which is great. But her scenes are slow, I think they could afford to give her story arc a push (how about some wolf dreams eh? please show, all I ask is that she has wolf dreams), several people are complaining her story is dragging and I tend to agree, as good as she is at bathing corpses, you don't need to show it, and yes, the hall of faces was fucking awesome, one of the best sets the show has ever had IMO, but again, you can focus on the story while showing off the scenery. Tyrion and Jorah were ok, Iain did a good job when Jorah finds out his father is dead, and I liked that Tyrion is not just worshipping Dany because everyone keeps telling him how great she is, he voiced one of my main concerns regarding Dany, how can anyone be sure she will be a good queen for Westeros when she doesn't know Westeros (not saying she would be a bad ruler, just that she needs to learn a lot before she is ready for the Seven Kingdoms). Also, cock merchant? WTF? Cersei is being a moron while she thinks she is being brilliant so, in a way, she is following her AFFC arc. Does she really think she is fooling anyone with the "I didn't arrest Loras" line? because so far Marg, Olenna, Pedofinger and freaking Tommen know she is behind Lora's arrest. And has she forgotten that the Lannister gold mines are completely dry and she needs the Tyrell soldiers, as well as their crops and their money to keep Tommen on the throne? Doesn't she realize that if the queen can be arrested then so can she? my guess is that Olenna will tell the High Sparrow a few stories about Cersei that Lancel will confirm, either that or Lancel talks to him directly. Glad to see Pedofinger's plan. Now he can go fuck himself. And Dorne... eh, what can I say about Dorne? Trystane and Myrcella didn't impress me, although it is nice to see two people in love who actually want to marry. Doran was lucky Jaime and Bronn arrived just at the same time the Sand Snakes attack, otherwise Areo would have been late. The choreography was lame, it was kinda obvious the actresses didn't have much training before filming, but I don't understand the people who say they show has simplified the characters, in the books they are the same, they go, one by one, to visit Doran and tell him "hey uncle, dad was murdered, so, revenge?" The only difference is that Doran had the foresight of locking them up before they could cause any trouble, even in ADWD they want to kill Tommen just for revenge and then had the guts to act shocked and disgusted when Doran tells them Cersei wanted to kill Trystane. A pity we didn't have any scenes on the North during this episode, but is understandable after spending most of the previous episode there.

Is that Tyene or a stunt double? I hope it's the actress, because if it's a stunt double then she should just find another career.

It looks fine to me at regular speed. Of course when you start slowing down a lot of scenes the warts start to show.

To be honest, I think this scene was bad mostly because they didn't have a lot of time to film in the Alcazar. I believe they had like two weeks at most to film there.

One, they had one week to film in the Alcazar and they were lucky, only one film had permission to do the same before them and I think they got a day or two

If even pure dialogue scenes usually take a week to shoot, they should've known that filming a fight scene involving half a dozen people with different fighting styles would require a lot of takes, and a single week is not enough for that.

They're on a tight enough schedule the way it is though. They barely wrapped up filming in time this year.
