No Mel Gibson cameo, I guess, huh JB? That's a shame.
But yeah, I want to see it really bad. Tom Hardy's the only person that could do that role justice kicking around these days, I think. And the action looks amazing.

I want to see it. I was not too sure about it but the reviews seem good. Mad Max movies kind of freaked me out as a kid, I was convinced that somehow Australia was the safest place in the world thanks to those movies..

Loved it! Great action movie. Probably the best I've seen in years tbh. Highly recommended seeing it on the big screen. It's quite an experience, as the action is nuts for the majority of the movie. Also, one of the actresses in this would have made an absolutely perfect Daenerys. She's almost dead on how I picture her. Abbey Lee imdb.com/rg/an_share/name/name/nm3880181/ |

I knew nothing about Mad Max, had absolutely no interest in seeing this, got dragged, and shit on my fucking dick dude, what a piece of art. Amazing cinematography, directing, lighting, color all amazing. It felt like one big chase scene and it was insane. Nux was easily the best part. Oh, what a lovely day indeed!

I'm a big fan of the Mad Max films(especially the first two) and the trailers for this look amazing. I'm encouraged by all of the great reviews the film is getting, so I'm going to check it on my day off coming up. This will actually be the first movie I'll be seeing in the theater this year. I was going to see the Avengers but the reviews have been discouraging.

I went in with high expectations and they were somehow exceeded. That's a great action movie. Didn't slow down at all and they kept it interesting so it wasn't just a "bunch of stuff blows up Michael Bay-fest".
Highest recommendation.

I saw it last night. WOW! I could tell in the first 30 seconds that it was going to be amazing, and it didn't disappoint. I haven't seen action so effectively used to round out characters in a long time.

Just saw it. Thought it was good, but it wasn't as mindblowing or amazing for me as I had hoped that it would be. I think I preferred Age of Ultron and Kingsmen this year.

This movie was amazing. I felt like a little kid I was having so much fun grinning at the stunts and over-the-top nature of the film. Even as a fan of the original movies, I was impressed at the sheer energy maintained throughout the film, and the creativity displayed in the characters and vehicle monstrosities. The guy whose sole purpose was to be mounted to the front of a rig and play guitar solos was fantastic. Charlize Theron totally stole the show, she was a total badass but also vulnerable enough to be believable, I was really surprised to leave the theater thinking she might just have been the best thing about the movie. George Miller is truly a visionary director, and I would gladly welcome more Mad Max sequels if he's involved.
