Slightly different image of Mel in this ep She looks slightly amused in this one. In the other she seems a bit worried.

Amused, proud or smug. This is really her standard expression unless when she is occasionally bested by Davos or finds out there are better red priests out there

As I speculated in another thread (I can't recall which one tbh) I think that is when Stan's army arrives near Winterfell and they can first see it from a hilltop or something. That would explain Mel's self-satisfaction after the long march and (if I'm correct), what Selyse is looking up at after collapsing (out of exhaustion, I think).

I will LOL if that shot of Selyse ends up being pretty innocuous

Historically, the GoT trailers don't give away major character deaths or big moments. Remember everyone freaking out over Missandei kissing a motionless Greyworm? I told everyone at the time that the trailer wasn't going to ruin a death or a deathbed moment and it's actually far more likely they want you to think that it's a death when it of course, is not.
The Selyse shot could be for something monumental but I'm more inclined to believe that it's meant to look that way but it's really more innocuous as FaB mentioned.

Speaking of which, does anyone have any ideas about what's happening with Grey Worm now? He's not at Daznak's so the assumption was that he was going to die before then but he looked like he was going to be up and at-em pretty soon based on last episode. I guess he could take a turn for the worse but that's not usually how those things work on TV.
The only possible spot I could think for him is guarding the catacombs because there's a threat of the Harpy's trying to release the dragons but that seems kind of flimsy.

If you had specific book knowledge about those events, you could infer that these moments were being referenced but the shots themselves gave nothing away. So yes.

Joffrey's death and Craster getting stabbed to the neck fell to that category, but others don't. I don't think you must be a book reader and have a knowledge about these events, when you can see Jaime's hand as his neckless and Tyrion walking with his hands cuffed. No one must've thought that Tyrion had handcuffs for some sexual perversion or Jaime had someone else's hand.

OK, but you're talking about things you can deduce happening at some point in the season based on an image you see of the character as opposed to seeing the event itself. They aren't going to show you a part of an actual death scene (of a cast member) in a trailer.

I still remember the trailer from season 3 with Shireen hugging Stannis and people speculated it was Shireen turning away from watching a burning that Mel/Selyse were doing...nah she was giving him a hug.

She was probably talking in between those images, or was going to say something then halted. The guy holding his cuff to his mouth has barely moved.
Also a Baratheon soldier appears to have a sword on his belt, so that rules out Mel and the soldiers being captives, at least at this moment.

I wonder if the whip is still in. And if it is, if the people on the other forum I saw chewing out Dany for "animal abuse" will hate on her further.

I'm so hoping they deliver the goods with Daznak.

Wow I didn't know this one before, I think that's my new favourite drawing of Daznak's Pit!

This is like when I find my cat on the kitchen counter, except I'm holding a squirt bottle.
