If Sansa gives birth to a trueborn son or daughter of Ramsay, then you can be damned sure that it will take the name of Stark, not Bolton No, it would be a Snow. Not if it's, like I said, trueborn.

Not if it's, like I said, trueborn. How could it be a Stark then? The kid doesn't have to take his or her father's name. It can take Sansa's name, and probably would if the house of its father was both extinct and as repellent as the Boltons. Westeros is a patriarchy, but matrilineal inheritance can and does happen. There are no set in stone rules about it. There's common convention, but ultimately it's up to the individual. E.g. Maege Mormont's daughters are all Mormonts and Anya Waynwood's children are Waynwoods.

Will Stannis be in this episode? It's unlikely. He wasn't in the promo or in the summary. Maybe he'll surprise us all and turn up in Thursday's production stills, but I doubt it.

Fortuitous that Jon did not take Ghost with him which I expected him to do. Ghost probably doesn't like rowboats.

I pray to every god that exists in ASoIaF universe that Sansa does not get pregnant.

We can't condemn a thousand year old family to extinction because of the actions of one man, who is not even a trueborn Bolton

Besides, House Bolton has little Roosey or Walda junior on the way!

Margery and loras must get released at some point? if cersei can go on a walk of shame back to the red keep then margery and loras should have a similar 'confession' with punishment being their trials.
Could Sansa's 'old friend' be someone we don't know? like a winterfell worker...im pretty sure its Pod though.
I hope we get theons confession at the weirwood this episode.

Will the Tyrells be in this episode? Or KL will be basically Cersei and Septa Unella? I hope they have a small council scene with Tommen trying to figure out what to do, or maybe a Tommen / Olenna scene. Because while Cersei's arrest is hugely important in terms of her personal character arc, it is also pretty darn important in terms of "so who is running the country now?", and I hope the show depicts that. I doubt we see much of Margaery for the rest of the season, though it is possible that they find time for some kind of Tyrell trial / Loras execution.
