My all time favourite show will have to be Six Feet Under. Nothing compares to it. And the final three episodes were absolutely perfect and heart-wrenching. I've never cried so much in my life. Other shows that I really, really enjoyed and have a special place in my heart: Buffy Angel Breaking Bad Lost Alias Veronica Mars Dexter S1-S4 24 S1-S5 Shows I love that are still on air: Obviously Game of Thrones Hannibal Shameless US Orange is the new Black The Walking Dead Daredevil Ah, yes - Six Feet Under, I loved it, too. Cried off and on for hours after the last episode, especially the very end as it went back over Claire's life. Did you watch any of Dig, which aired this season? Lauren Ambrose was on it - great to see her again.

It was on one of the major networks, a self-contained one season thing. A little confusing at first with three different story lines, each progressing gradually towards the others as the series proceeded. Lauren played a gutsy rebel, and did a great job.

The last few minutes of the finale with that Sia song playing was so powerful. It's the only time a tv show has ever made me cry. It had some ups and downs, but it will always be one of my all-time favorite shows.

Yeah, I always hear shows like Breaking Bad, The Wire, The Sopranos, Rome and Deadwood when people talk about the best shows ever, but although I really enjoyed all of these shows, I think that Six Feet Under is criminally underappreciated. Yes, it had its ups and downs, but so had all these other shows. And SFU has not only a perfect final episode but also some of the deepest and most philosophical episodes about the meaning of life, the meaning of death and the human condition. And the show's dark humour was always spot on. I need to rewatch this soon.

I've never heard of Sia (I don't know much about music) but just googled her. Now I'm hoping Pandora recognizes her so I can create a station.

Beautiful song, and absolutely perfect for the final moments of that episode.

Absolutely wonderful discovery - thank you!

Penny Dreadful is my favourite show atm I started watching it and it's such a creepy series! I'm on episode 1x05 now Is that Closer than Sisters? One of the best episodes of Season 1. that said, Season 2 just blows Season 1 out the water

Game of Thrones is the only TV show I have ever enjoyed, for some reason. Each episode is an amazing experience for me.
TV in general is something that I am not particularly fond of, though, as everything else I've watched ends up underwhelming me for some reason.

Other than Fawlty Towers, TV comedy was never this humiliatingly perfect. Fucking gold.

Just finished The Shield and it skyrocketed its way into my top 5. Amazing show from start to finish.
