Kevan Lannister and Cersei Lannister, hands down. The best part of the whole episode was the two of them.
While his part was not big, I loved how tired and frail the show has Doran looking and how Alexander was fierce saying those lines, despite the character being sickly.
Of course, I love Alexander Siddig. I might be biased.

I think I'll have to say Jon. Episode 9 of Season 4 and first two episodes of Season 5 have really brought him into his own, and I think he pretty much stole the show in this episode (though what a hard decision to make . . . so many great performances, so limiting to chose a #1  ). |

I think Peter Dinklage's drunken performances have been so spot on, it's amazing to me how perfectly he plays Tyrion.
I was also cheering for Kevan and his big ballsy fuck off to Cersei - that rocked.
