WB is making it really hard for me to want good things to happen to them, but Eva would be great in the role. Besides, tho SS was a hot mess, it didn't hurt any of the actors careers (besides maybe Leto, but he did that to himself) and raised their profiles. |

I think Affleck knows that this whole asssossiation to DCEU is just damaging his career. He has contract for BVS and 2 Justice League flicks (Suicide Squad is not included, it was a cameo). He is not even under contract to star or do anything in Batman solo so I await the news of him not doing even that, Forbes already has a piece on it |

Can you elaborate on this? BEcause I thought the execution of these characters was really poor, especially Enchantress. And Croc wasn't really a character at all idk I thought the characters looked good if nothing else. And I'm not commenting anything on their roles in the film, just that their makeup and prosthetics looked good. Oh right, didn't think you were talking about appearance. My bad. I liked Harley and Joker's look (might have changed a few things with Joker, but overall he was okay looking). Croc I didn't think was great, and Enchantress...well I just hated how stupid her character and plan were so I didn't even focus on how she looked |

Well Green does appear in some less than stellar movies and still manages to make the role work. I wish she could get some better roles... Oh imagine DC being saved by a movie about a guy who talks to fucking fish I think this will happen JL is doomed, Wonder Woman is gonna be bad too, Batman is probably not gonna happen, Cyborg or whatever the fuck will probably get cancelled, Gotham Sirens is Ayer so fuck this mess Wan is good, the cast is good and this is pretty unique take on superhero genre, no one did Aquaman before and the actress like Kidman being willing to do this is good news. Also the cast looks really committed and as I said no drama, no news of studio interference. |

Oh imagine DC being saved by a movie about a guy who talks to fucking fish I honestly feel like the DC universe can't be saved, they made a huge mistake when they decided fucking Snyder should be the one to set the tone for the whole cinematic universe. That asshole only does the kind of grim-dark 13 year old boys love. Neither MoS nor BvS were as successful as the studio hoped (and BvS should have been a huge success, fans have wanted to see Batman and Superman together in the big screen for decades) and is all because Snyder is all style and no substance and he confuses desaturated gloomy and tiring with serious and edgy. The best thing WB could do would be to find someone who understands comic books and has an actual vision to be at the helm of their DC movies and hit the reset button, but that's not going to happen unless one of their big movies actually flops. |

It was a mistake to let Snyder set the tone for the whole cinematic universe. Now they're trying to do some damage control, but they're still putting their faith in Snyder. He already failed the studio twice, no reason to believe his future movies will be any better. Anyway, sorry I got so fired up and gloomy, is just that Snyder really pisses me off. |

I like the Snyder aesthetic *ducks* I think it works well for Batman. Dark and gloomy is his style; that's what made him the best part of BvS. Doesn't work for Superman though. He's supposed to be hopeful and cheerful and the Snyder take on the character makes me fall asleep |
