So That Justice League Dark has Constantine and apparently Colin Farrell is rumoured to be the studio's choice. Why can't they just have Keanu back? I thought he was cool in the role and I really liked his Constantine movie. But Farrell would be good too, though I've recently been informed of kabbalah inside Jared's fandom that believe that Jared is not only gay but the love of his life is Colin Farrell :lol2:

So if they are both in DCEU shit will get messed up all over tumblr so fast.

Honestly I really hope they don't go the Arkham route - it'll be too reminiscent of the game. And if WB get their way, it would also probably be full of underdeveloped Batman villains who aren't given enough time to breathe and only get fifteen minutes of screentime each.

Also isn't Jesse Lutherberg in Arkham?

If they do a Harley movie, I hope they actually put some thought and depth into it, instead of just making some corny "girl power" movie. Suicide Squad gave her some pretty good dimensions, so i hope they continue with that.

If they do an Arkham Batman movie, I'll be happy because I love that game, but also bummed because it'll be predictable. If they did tho, I think at least the first half should be out in Gotham, then the final act in Arkham.

• Liman has no patience for overbearing studio notes. “I make movies for me and posterity. I’m more scared of history than I am of the studio.” Also: “It’s no secret that my process is a little bit loose and can be a little bit infuriating to a studio if they don’t know what they’re signing up for.” Imagine this guy applying for a regular-person job.

Liman’s friends, who sound realistic and not terribly supportive, tell him, “You’re only one or two bombs away from being unhireable.” And Liman agrees. His last film, 2010’s Naomi Watts–Sean Penn political thriller Fair Game, did decently with critics but never got a wide enough release to top $24 million — on a $22 million budget. Before that was 2008’s Jumper, which starred Hayden Christensen, and earned $222 million worldwide but tanked with critics. 1996’s Swingers, 2002’s The Bourne Identity, and 2005’s Mr. and Mrs. Smith were all successes — but they’re not enough to tip the confidence scale when it comes to getting in bed with a guy whose style has spawned the term “Limania.”

8. Sam Raimi being courted to direct a DCEU movie.

9. 100 bullets still in development, although will not at all be marketed as a comic-related movie. Will have the Vertigo banner, but will be along the lines of Kingsman. Was envisioned as a “Sin City” type film, but is currently now a singular story. Will focus on one man’s story with the gun, and have appearances throughout by the Minutemen and the Trust.

10. The Question being developed for HBO as a smaller scale “gritty noir” show.

11. Suicide Squad 2 production begins soon, Ayer started writing the script in July, expected to shoot late-spring 2017. Will reportedly be dialed back from SS1, with less CGI, a more human threat, and no pop music at all. Slightly lower budget.

12. George Miller attracted to making a Jack Kirby property movie, working on Mad Max sequel in-between potential DCEU movie.

13. Man of Steel 2 is happening, Snyder not returning to direct.

15. Shazam to be a one-off movie unless it does extremely well.
