I’m currently watching Euphoria. The script is utterly weak, but I’m digging the plotlines. Reminds of Kids movie mixed with Elite (the Spanish show).

Just watched Toy Story 4 on Sunday. It’s a great movie. Not on par with the last two films, but still great enough for Pixar to pull some punches. The only issues I had is that they drag some of the jokes too long. I laughed and chuckled at some of the jokes, but part of me also cringe about why is it so long. They also dumb down Buzz which I don’t like. I really liked Woody’s arc and where they go with him here. The last film is a satisfying conclusion to the overall plot, this movie is satisfying for Woody’s story. Goddamn the ending . Part of me knew that Woody is going to stay with Bo Peep, but I wasn’t ready for the farewell between Woody and the gang. I watched Toy Story 2 when I was a kid, so that scene hit me in the gut.

Neon Genesis Evangelion was trending before cause how the new subs turned out to be shits Just finished on The Rising of Shield Hero. It was okay. The beginning was great, especially episode 4 with the male lead's character and his relationship with the raccoon girl. But later on the story sort of became a drag with the dialogue and combat not going anywhere it just boring except the ending. With that being said, I'm glad anime is stepping up their game with a particular waifu material... Not into isekai, but I admit to being into this for the "plot". Even though i'm straight, i want to see more milf in anime. They need more love.

Just finished Moonlight on Netflix.
Holy, that was a such a beautiful film. I loved everything about the movie. From the cinematography to the characters. My favourite is the presentation. It’s one of the rare time where I was stunned by how well the movie present, with the camera shots and the soundtrack interweave the mood.
I loved the characters, the male lead and Mahershala Ali’s character especially. I liked that the way the movie depicted the characters that resonate very well instead of relying on tragedy and all, which could have easily do that given its also a LGBT film with an all black cast.

So hype for it!
So obviously Billy is gonna be the new host, and probably be the one to die.

So, a prequel to Hunger Games will be coming out.
This should be interesting.

One of the best beautiful death posters. So much better than the one did for previous episode.
The three suns could be representing Drogo (aka sun and stars). The deaths included Miri, Viserys, Drogo, the Harpies, the masters with the crucifix, the Tarlys, Cersei, Jaime, and the people of KL.
I liked that it included the thousand swords of the IT that Dany envision, with the color scheme in Targ red and black.

I'm only 200 pages in Dune; it's slow but goddamn I'm loving the worldbuilding with how much Herbert crafted the terminology and places.

Just saw Godzilla KOTM. I agreed that the plot is dumb. The human characters were extremely painful, even Millie Brown and Charles Dance were not enough to save it let alone their character. But the kaiju plot is great, with the monsters look amazing to look at. Im just happy to see Mothra and Ghidorah in the American cinema. I’m willing to argue that the monsters are the main characters, not the humans. Btw if you guys want to see the human plot being done well in a Godzilla movie, go watch Shin Godzilla. It won the best film award in Japan for a reason. EDIT: btw they did my Mothra so dirty. I want more screen time of her

The majority of the reviewers gave Godzilla KoTM a very low rating simply cause it focus more on the monsters than the humans.
LMAO as if people are expecting a great story from a Godzilla/kaiju film, from a movie that features Mothra, Rodan, and Ghidorah no less.

Watching Elite on Netflix.
Already in a few episodes and it’s so much better than what Riverdale wishes to be. I normally don’t like teen drama, but the mystery makes it work given the story and characters.
Also really enjoyed the handle of marginalized groups without the use of stereotypical and tiring cliches with the Muslim and gay characters.

I'm glad the show is over ... but secretly, I kind of want this, not gonna lie. Season 9: Interestingly, D&D said at one point that the albums created for GoT on Spotify hinted the ending for season 8. Some of them are obvious (like Jon killing Dany), but the last song in For The Throne album Pray (High Valyrian) sung by Matt Bellamy, borrowing Mel’s Valyrian prayer, has this as the lyrics: It didn’t go as expect in the last episode, but I like to believe this is what happen after Drogon took Dany’s body - taking her to the east where the red priestesses and priests resurrect her.

Jon’s ending is basically him being free from the politics and corruption of the seven kingdoms. He was sent to the Wall as a punishment for what he did, and everyone knows that the NW becomes a hollow institution that no longer hold its original purpose.
My real complaints is that his heritage as a Targ serves no purpose (even as Rhaegar’s legitimate son) whatsoever, but for his character it’s probably the best ending.
