At the end of S6 I expect 6 storylines
1. The North (Sansa/Jon/Davos) 2. Bran (on his way south) 3. KL 4. Riverlands (Jaime/Brienne/Arya) 5. Dany/Tyrion/Theon/Yara/Dorne* 6. Sam/Euron + only one scene at the Wall in 6x10
*They won't be physically connected yet, but in terms of plot
Than in S7
1. The South (Cersei/Dany/Tyrion/Greyjoys/HS/Dorne/Tyrells/Jaime) 2. The North (WW/Sansa/Jon/Bran/the Vale lords/Blackfish/Arya/Harald Karstark/..)
season 8
1. The War for the Dawn

We have only 13 episodes left after S6. Not confirmed yet, but let's ignore that for a moment. I thought that Walder Frey will die in S7, but after the second trailer (RW 2.0 ?) and this information about 13 episodes I think he will die in S6. Which means there is absolutely no chance for LSH to appear in the show. In my opinion.Blackfish and Arya may have a part to play in the downfall of the Freys. When the Freys are defeated I really can't see any point in LSH in the show. If it ends and we got Dorne and not LS arc I'd have even worse opinion of the show. People like to talk shit about other shows like TWD but I have never seen a decision as dumb as not including LS. They effectively robbed RW of all the meaning with this and lack/mangled version of The North RemembersI personally think that LSH is the cheesiest way in which Freys can be punished for what they've done, but whatever. I respect every opinion. I just think that the whole concept of the LSH is ridiculous.

I think they wanted Jon to be the only main resurrected character, and they couldn't tell that before S6. Maybe they will after his resurrection discuss LSH and offer that as an explanation.

I think it makes sense to have only 13 episodes after this season. I don't want to discus what I expect to happen in S6, but when you look at the first 5 seasons it makes sense. Many of us think that GRRM can't end this story with only 2 more books. So it is logical to assume that D&D can't end this story in 2 more seasons (S6 and S7.5). But it is not logical. - Dany and Tyrion already met at the show. - Stannis and the Baratheons are dead - Myrcella is dead - Sansa is in the North, so no the Vale plot and no Harry - They cut YG - They cut Arainne and Victarion - Barristan Selmy is already dead - LSH is cut - every storyline is simplified ( minor characters from KL, Meereen, the North, the Riverlands, Braavos, and every other place were cut)

I think S7 will end with KL destroyed. Many of you predicted that for S6.
And S8 will be 6 hours of Hardhome.

So what does this mean for TWOW and ADOS? GRRM said they'll be as big as ADWD, if not bigger. Are they going to end up with a bunch of filler and shorter than expected or are D&D going to completely ignore what happens in them and go straight to the end? I think he doesn't' really know what happens in ADOS except some big events and ending. And I don't think we will ever get ADOS.

I think it is enough. If our predictions are true, we will loose Roose, Ramsay, LF and Walder Frey this year. That leaves Cersei, Euron, HS and NK for the last 13 episodes. It sounds good and reasonable.

We will know soon enough? They need to renew S7/8 after S6 premiere?

I hope HBO won't force them to destroy the show. Everything was almost perfect. They need only good ending now.

Yes, but here is the explanation.
To live up to the standard they’ve set for themselves — and fans — Weiss and Benioff said they can’t continue to produce 10 episodes of the show in the show’s usual 12- or 14-month time frame. “It’s crossing out of a television schedule into more of a mid-range movie schedule,” Weiss said.

I would rather wait for November or December of 2017 and have all 13 episodes at once that to have 2 parts of S7.

I will be happy. I'm really worried with not only this, but every other shown that the end will ruin it.
I always thought that 73-75 episodes is enough. 20 hours of zombie invasion will be too much. I hope it will be only 13 episodes.

But nothing has been officially decided, this discussion has been going on for quite a long time and may continue well into next year.
They are writing S7 now. How can they discuss this next year?

www.ew.com/article/2016/04/14/game-thrones-end-dateThere it is, just like I always predicted. An extended 7th season that they'll break up into 2 parts (7 and 6 episodes) and call an 8th season. I wonder if HBO will convince them to go longer, D&D seem pretty adamant that this is the plan. Actually, it makes sense. The Wall will fall after S6. I never thought that they could have WW as a treat for 20 episodes.

I really can't predict what will happen with Jaime after his Riverlands stoyrline. He may kill Cersei at some point, but when, how and why I don't know.
