The article never said "main cast members" but "regular cast members" Well see, we're playing that game 'telephone' here and the message is getting changed as we relay it again... morgantayler said 'main cast members' and we just ran with it. It basically means the same as 'regular' cast anyways since those are the characters who are most prevalent in each scene/season. I remembered someone else saying that so that's why I said it lol. But I was always under the assumption they just meant characters who have recurring roles.

I just can't with people over at wotw: 1. quoting Graves zombie comments 2. "two resurrections" in one season hurt the realism of the show (REALISM ) 3. their general awfulness topped only with Sue's awfullness 4. Nymeria's worlfpack happening - fuck yeah + totally possible, LSH = not happening JESUS CHRIST

Not sure if this makes sense, but could Mesa Roldan be used as an entrance to the catacombs in Meereen, but I guess we'll find out soon what it's being used for. It's too far away a spot to tell what they're building.

So my guess is when Brynden shoots his fire arrows down as it says here he'll be doing so from these battlements. Otherwise I wouldn't see the point of them having built working battlements with doorways leading out to them on the set, since it's set up for most for most of Riverrun to be CGI. What was actually built, as well as being a base for the CGI, likely all has a purpose within the scenes too.

YES! The Blackfish is back, and we got to take a look at what might be Euron's ship as well! What a good day...

As for the "Distinguished Man" casting call, my guess would be a Maester at the Citadel...if only because I'm so surprised there hasn't been one for there yet.

Maester aren't considered aristocratic though, are they? I thought about Leyton Hightower, b/c Citadel and Euron, but I'm not convinced they would introduce another noble family in the Reach besides the Tarlys.

Some Maesters come from noble families and I think there's some favouritism there for the higher born ones as there is with the NW, but yeah I guess it wouldn't be necessary to specify that for a Maester casting call really.
I should've linked this.
So if he were a Maester he'd have to be a pretty high up one. Not Marwyn for sure because none of those adjectives describe him. I guess it could YET ANOTHER Northern Lord...or another lord from another storyline.

So let me sum up. We are, in Season 6, getting:
– Max Von Sydow as the Three Eyed Raven – Tower of Joy – The Blackfish and The Siege of Riverrun – Jon's resurrection – Snowbowl – Euron "Crow's Eye" Greyjoy – The Dothraki – Tyrion and Varys ruling Meereen – The Tarly family – Cersei's trial – Ian McShane – The Hound (very likely) – A White Walker scene bigger than Hardhome
Yep. It's official. Season 6 is going to be the best yet. Seriously.

I'm convinced that Season 6 has the potential to obliterate Season 1 - 5.

I have thought much about it, and my guess is that it's going to be some white walkers riding ice spiders. I think that, back in Season 4, the walker riding a horse with the baby must have been riding a spider in the original script. And, in Season 5, probably there were some spiders in the Hardhome scene too, before they were cut because budget/time/SFX issues.

Ice spiders big as hounds are a promise that must be delivered.
