Let the speculation continue with my two favorite characters. Sorry Tyrion you got bumped to #3. We have speculated a lot in the previous threads, that there's a chance these 2 could reunite at the end of Season 6. Jon is most likely coming with Tormund and the Wildlings to Snowbowl from The Gift and Sansa will most likely arrive with Rickon and Umbers. Sophie did say the storylines are converging even more in Season 6, which could really mean The Wall, The North, and The Vale combine. Would it make more sense for this reunion to happen in the finale or just wait until Season 7?

I think if Rickon is present at Snowbowl then they probably meet up sometime before that, unless sansa doesn't meet up with Rickon which makes me wonder what could she possibly be doing this season if she doesn't? I guess it's POSSIBLE that she's rescued by Littlefinger and his Vale knights, but I hope not I just want something good to happen to her finally Sophie saying that she's going to have an amazing season that fans will love is encouraging, I don't think she was ever so enthusiastic about season 5? Of course she's probably known for months that Sansa is going to die and is just really really happy with how it happens

Here's something. When I linked this earlier http://instagr.am/p/78cFKnIBvL
@jackbauer24 questioned what the quote here meant for Sophie's shooting schedule and I assumed that the girl taking the photo with her was exaggerating. But actually the girl posted again and it turns out she's a big Sophie fan and blogger who Sophie is friendly with and Sophie apparently told her that she's not going back to shoot GoT again until around December.

Now I wouldn't take that to mean that there'll be that much less Sansa in s6 or that she dies or something drastic...because Sophie shot quite a bit in July and August and again this month...and after all the December shooting would line up with when Bronze Yohn Royce is supposed to shoot again. But it means that after they finish with the Snowbowl stuff (which is a week or so still IIRC) they'll be focusing on some other storylines before they get back to Sansa-ing.

Sophie does seem more enthusiastic about her character in Season 6 so far so here's hoping that her storyline is amazing. If fans are going to live it, then she has to be on the path of vengeance and playing the game instead being used as a pawn again.

I'm not that worried if she's not back in Belfast until December (could she be elsewhere like Iceland or something?). 4 weeks of filming is probably about an episode's worth of screentime, isn't it? Crudely estimated by 10 episodes split into 2 teams filmed across 5 months so roughly one month per episode. Few people ever have that much screentime

Well the actors playing Smalljon and Lord Karstark were supposed to film the weeks of: July 20, August 17, September 21 (Likely Snowbowl), September 28 (Likely Snowbowl), October 5 (Likely Snowbowl), November 2, and November 23. I think Sophie could have scenes with them in November.

From what I've gathered she really did like shooting for s5. She said recently particularly because Alfie and Iwan are closer to her own age and she enjoyed acting and hanging out with them. Also as she said in the post-506 interview she does enjoy playing really traumatic scenes, probably because they're a great chance for her to show off her acting chops. I think her talking about the fans loving this is more addressing the backlash to her s5 arc than her own view on it. I'm not that worried if she's not back in Belfast until December (could she be elsewhere like Iceland or something?). 4 weeks of filming is probably about an episode's worth of screentime, isn't it? If anything her shooting around when Bronze Yohn's actor is shooting again points to her making it through the season just fine... and hopefully getting him to kill LF...though tbh that seems more like an s7 thing to me at the moment.

And let's be honest, what sophie says is not always what sophie means to say so who knows if what she said was even right?

When did Snowbowl start shooting? If sophie isn't filming again until November can we say for sure she won't be there?

Yeah, I'm not worried about her not filming again later in the year. If she does happen to die eventually (I think she'll survive the series btw), I really don't think it would be until the last season.

She did show up in Belfast briefly last week, so she might be tangentially involved in the shoot. But I imagine that was more likely her waiting somewhere nearby the battle a la her mum in ep. 109.

i don't see what all the fuss is about. obviously most of her scenes are simple indoor ones or outdoor with alfie scenes. doesn't require as much prep from the team and wouldn't take as much time to shoot.

Pretty much. I don't know why people stress over this. She shoot for as much time as they need her this season, the end.

Just to clarify something I saw in the previous thread: Lena didn't film in Girona at all, the journalist that said so admitted that he had mistaken Cersei with Margaery because people kept telling him that "the Queen" was there.
