What's everybody's thoughts on "Leading Actress," "Priestess," and "Fierce Warrior"? "Fierce Warrior", I think, is one of the Khals that Dany will run into in TWOW. Apparently all previous Dothraki casting calls have specified that the actor be "mixed race", so I think that's what that's signifying here.
The "Leading Actress" could be something to do with that theatre troop from Mercy, I guess. And the Priestess could be another Volantene Red Priestess potentially. I dunno.
So do you think this rules out Daenerys returning to Meereen after her visit to the Dothraki Sea in the finale?

I'm hoping for Graham McTavish as Tarly. As Euron I was hoping for Dominic West or James Purefoy, but they are both much darker than the Greyjoys of the show, who all have light brown hair and blue eyes. Any other suggestions for the role? Many people wanted Mads Mikkelsen, but I think his brother Lars would be better for the role. Maybe it would be better to cast a buff actor if they are merging Euron and Victarion. Hmmm... Graham Mc Tavish is one of the best things on Outlander as Dougal. If he can do both GoT and Outlander (I think Outlander is filming it's second season now or will be soon)...I'd love it.

I don't think we've seen the last of Yezzan btw. I could see him being in 508 and 509 too. And I think the Khal part would be for a few eps. at least. But yeah, not every part from the first casting calls that go out is a major one. Well he's served his purpose so I can't think of anything else he could do now that Tyrion and Jorah are with Dany It seems odd that they made Enzo Cilenti record himself as if it's some big role when it's clearly nothing major

And what do we think about this one? Charact erful squat features?? Wha...? I get that this is probably young Robert in a flashback, or else young Hodor before whatever happened to make him like he is now. But still, do either Christian Nairn or Mark Addy have 'characterful squat features?' Such a strange turn of phrase.

I'm pretty sure it was confirmed in an interview about how the opening credits are made recently that Meereen would still be in s6 actually...

I can see Tyrion taking over the Barristan role and ruling Meereen in her absence. I don't think she goes back.

Me either, although I think there are a few more than just King Tommen who think that's what will happen

Yeah, there really isn't time for Dany to return to Meereen in the finale anyway considering everything else that will occur. Though are we expecting her to sail for Westeros during early, mid, or late Season 6?

Like, short and wide facial features that have character.

I'm wondering if Euron or Randyll will be a series regular. Even if they cast both of them this late, they should still have a prominent role. However, since we haven't lost any series regulars this season yet, it's hard to tell. "Prominent role" is a bit of a stretch, especially for Randyll. There are characters this season that have those sort of stand-out, important roles like the High Sparrow and Hizdahr. What irritates me is that they didn't give enough Doran as they should have, instead we got Ellaria as a regular. Also, what's funny about that is the Meereenese prostitute (that some think is the Green Grace) has actually appeared in the same amount of episodes as Doran Anyway, back on topic, for an Ironborn perspective we could have Yara, assuming she survives.

Winds of Winter has the Iron Fleet at Meereen , but the implication is that fleet will play some role in the invasion of Westeros. Regardless of that there is the implication that the Ironborn have something to do with the climax of the whole story, along with a bunch of other players.

That fleet is already there in the show, no? Meereen already had an army of ~90 (icr the exact number) ships.

If there's Dothraki, they're on the boat with Dany because she's getting the hell out of Meereen as of the end of this season. They've purposely fast forwarded and cleared the decks there for just that purpose. We do have the circumstantial evidence from a still that Dany winds up in the Dothraki Sea , if she comes back to Meereen in ep. 10 I will be surprised. Also for season 6 I expect Rickon and Osha's story to pick back up but with what other characters I can't guess.

Yeah I guess, but I would assume that in the show Randyll will deal with Euron's invasion of the Reach. So then prominent role would be a stretch, but the description did very good part and centrally involved. Though that could just mean maybe 4 -5 episodes. The way they planned Dorne was strange and the main problem I think was excluding Arianne, but that's another discussion. Making Ellaria a series regular could mean that her role becomes more important next season, but who knows. With Yara, I think having her still appear once in the past 2 seasons and then likely in the finale for the Unsullied to remember, more or so sets up for her to be a potential series regular in Season 6.

I'll post it when I find it if someone else doesn't beat me to it, but they released a BTS still of charred/burning animal bones in the middle of a field that looked like it was going to be Dragonstone.
