Stannis and Shireen obviously. "Because you are my daughter"
Barristan and Daenerys' scene was also just well done.
MOD: Spoiler tags added. Please, people, the rest of us are just gearing up to watch this episode for the first time in about an hour and a half. All the new threads were started so as to be ready for posts AFTER the episode airs.

Stephen Dillane and Kerry Ingram's scene was the best performance. Emilia Clarke and Ian McElhinney probably come in second.

I can admit that I got teary eyed when the Stannis and Sheeren scene came up. It was lovely. Dany and Barristan where also very genuine. I wish Emilia had had more of these scenes last year.

I thought Bronn put his sword in the ground as instructed and then quickly tossed a hidden dagger at the guy who basically takes it in full on in the face. Was it a spear? If so, did Bronn have one hiding in his boot?

Stephen Dillane killed it in his scene with Shireen. Show Stannis>Book Stannis. Totally agree! I think they've written his parts so well (as compared to some really questionable lines by other characters) that he's a lot more likable than he was in the books. Maybe it has a lot to do with Stephen Dillane's superb acting but in the books I found him boring and unlikable and in the show I'm actually rooting for him more and think he'd make a pretty damn good king overall if he ditches that red bitch and her nauseating religion.

She and Lysa both bat shit crazy!

Amazing how drastically the opinion has shifted on Show Stannis. Back in Season 3, Stannis fans wanted to kill D&D.

I'm going to throw out some love for Dorne as a whole. It is so nice and refreshing to see some new blood on the show.
