Commentator nicknames are usually annoying but I don't mind them calling Neuer the Sweeper Keeper every 5 seconds because it's so entertaining seeing him run outside his box whenever he can. Hilarious that Stepanenko and Yarmolenko have had to make a pact to get on whilst they play together, since they hate each other so much.

You buggers are riding your luck. Kroos is a god though.
Jogi looks like such a prat.

His replacement did score tbf but yeah there's a lack of stability at the back. You miss Lahm a lot these days.

Well luck was definitely on our side today. And that save from Boateng.

This has not been fun to watch so far. Little bit tetchy and not a lot of quality on the ball. Nervy maybe.

And yet we win! What a horrible performance, laboured and uninspired, but a couple of scrappy ones does it.
First time we've ever come back from behind in a major tournament.

Why does Gareth Bale still try to ruin my life after all these years?

Cleveland won a championship in a major sport? Surely this is a sign of the apocalypse. I don't give 2 shits about basketball tbh, but I'm kinda happy for my neighbors up north. Makes me think anything is possible, even my Bengals winning a Superbowl.

mattpeto we can take this line of conversation over here. Simmons has enough talent to become a top five player in the league someday, so I think you're gonna enjoy him. He sees the floor incredibly well and makes some of the best passes I've seen since LeBron was young and still passed. He's the perfect small forward when he balances what he lacks in length with what advantages he has in strength. He plays like a more athletic Draymond Green, which seems like something that shouldn't exist. The only issues I see with him is a still developing jumpshot and the hype. His mid-range is fine (a little inconsistent), but he hasn't shown that he can hit threes against tougher competition. That's fine since he can get to the rim, but he needs to work on his shot if he really wants to be great. The hype is the most dangerous thing though. He doesn't seem like he's a guy who lets that stuff control him, but he was not what everyone thought he would be at LSU. tl;dr: Even if he isn't great right away, you're gonna have a hell of a time watching him develop and I am jealous that the Celtics are stuck at #3.

Yeah I heard he's the closest thing to Lebron James, since he has great passing skills. I know he has to get bigger and it seems like he's working on that. You also hope he's a gamer - which is kind of unknown. LSU should have been much better and wasn't, this raises a flag for me.
