battlefront dlc was BORING So do you think that the full campaign is worth the price or nah? I've heard mixed reactions to the story in general, and that may be giving it a little too much credit.

That's insane! If we have an equivalent of redbox here I don't know about it, but I'm definitely keeping a eye out from now on. I liked Inferno Squad (the book), but didn't really like Inferno Squad (the characters). Except for maybe Del, they all just seemed a little too unlikeable for me and that didn't really change as the book went on. What mainly kept me reading was finding out who the Mentor was - because I read Rebel Rising first I thought I had a pretty good idea and wanted to see if I was right.

On PSN Battlefront II is on sale right now. I bought it a few days ago, though I haven't had the time to download and play it yet.

You've made me check my PS4 and turns out it's on offer here too - half price! I'll admit I'm feeling pretty tempted, because outside of renting it I doubt I'll get it for cheaper than it is just now.

Basil: before you play the battlefront campaign, i would recommend reading either a summary of the inferno squad book or just reading the book if you want (its a pretty quick read, i read the second half in one day because it got so fucking good). the missions all follow a similar pattern in terms of style of play, so knowing the backstory of the squad really enhances the campaign

I have some strong feelings about the Battlefront campaign. Strongly mixed feelings. lordcarson - agreed that the three missions in Resurrection are boring as hell

Strongly mixed feelings. lordcarson - agreed that the three missions in Resurrection are boring as hell waste of a good character. at least they set it up for a possibly interesting one at the end. the "run around for an hour and find zay" mission was HORRENDOUS.

I assumed Davey he hadnt seen it yet because he always puts thought and effort into his reviews whereas (SW aside) most of us are limited to “heh, ‘‘twas good”

I think they should've just ended the story and killed off Hask after Jakku - the rest felt like it was just tacked on so they could have their "bridges the 30-year gap" tagline, which was a load of shite anyway since it spans the first year (which has ALREADY BEEN COVERED) then has that "decades later" jump. The marketing for the game was horribly deceptive.

And if Ben Swolo isn't the biggest part of the movie I'm gonna be disappointed.
