There is no right answer, they left it ambiguous on purpose. We will never find out what really happened to Septa Unella. You can interpret it as rape, torture, or both, and you would be right. Poor Shamenun was nuts, but she didn't deserve that.

Easily the best episode of the entire series, even though my favourite character died (Margaery). Still, one thing that greatly disturbed me (I might take some time to sleep thinking on this horrible scene): do we have a consensus on the matter of Cersei releasing Gregor on Unella? Is he going to rape her? This thought will haunt me for a while I presume. I got the impression he was going to rape her, but his position as Cersei left didn't look like he was going to. Maybe he just fingered her? Please don't. Any rape jokes. I know it's only a black humor and we're talking about possibility of raping fictional character, but anyway it's crossing the boundaries. I do not want to humiliate you for this comment but this really make me sick and scared. Just please, don't do it again

I agree she didn't deserve that, but i do think cersei deserved to get vengeance over her. unella was basically a ramsay to cersei, i just wish cersei had gotten revenge over her that wasn't so fucked up

I would have rathered Cersei did her own revenge on Unella. Unella did not deserve Clegane and I don't think he raped her. If she thought about it, as much as she hated the Tyrells, she really screwed herself (and Tommen had he lived) with burning up that alliance-they have no major allies now. Who will come to their aid? Who will fight beside them?

Not to duh everybody to death, but the Viewer's guide confirmed that the baby was Jon. So conspiracy theorists, GTFO now. viewers-guide.hbo.com/game-of-thrones/season-6/episode-10I saw a couple of interesting rumors about the whisper. One is - she did say "His name is...". And that she might have spoke about marrying Rheagar, which would of course legitimize Jon. The other is that if his name was Aemon, Aegon (unlikely) then and Lyanna spoke that name, it would confuse many fans - so that's why Bran will tie it all up next season.

Anyone else notice that Sansa was back to wearing her hair in a Northern style like she did in the first few season one episodes?

Apparently Natalie Dormer asked David and Dan to kill Margaery in season five because she wanted to do another show. As if anything she does now is gonna be better for her career than a starring role on Game of Thrones....

They used up all the Wild Fire. There's never been a finite amount of wildfire. She can and will make more. Put dragon fire against wild fire any day. And it got a prepackaged delivery system.

TBH I don't think the episode actually hinted at Gregor raping Unella, is his fame as a rapist which made our minds jump to the idea he may rape Unella. Which I thought, yes, but not because of anything the episode showed.
I want Arya to be written as something else than a revenge/killing machine. Maybe now that there are less characters she will.

I was impressed first time around, but this was even more! I am guessing she will be around stealing scenes next season. I give it to Dave and Dan, having a 10 year old girl shame the Lords of the North was sublime.

I thought she just asked to get more latitude within her contract so that she can be more available to other roles.

I'm not sure on legal/contract stuff, but to me that sounds like she wanted out.

I tried to fit a million projects into a single year. I requested [while making season 5 that showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss] release me from working on the show earlier than usual so I could do another project, and they ended up phoning me
She wasn't asking to be killed off.

Oh so did she just want to film her stuff earlier and like get it out of the way? That's better. My cynical mind strikes again lmfao
