Filming should start in a matter of weeks, we also know some things about locations, only some things. Mainly tho, has HBO ever confirmed how many episodes season 7,? We only have the show runners estimate and one director for season 6 who was probably repeating them. |

Unless it doesn't come down She might come to Winterfell trying to seek safety. It depends if Harald has anymore family members in the show after Snowbowl. Unless the character is not from a noble house. |

I think a version of the Alys Karstark story would make sense. Even after Winterfell has been reclaimed, the Northern Houses will be rightly contemptuous of the Wildlings. The best way to quell tensions (at least before the Red Wedding) has always been a marriage pact. Perhaps problems within House Karstark require Jon's aide, so he offers a young Alys lands and safety, bringing a new Wildling House into the fold in return. Doesn't have to be in The Gift.
Next season will largely be about bringing everyone together to fight the White Walkers - this would be a start.
Also my OP looks weird now.

I'd love to see Alys or Wylla in the show. Finally some actual proud Northern women, since we lost Karsi so soon and Arya is not in the North atm.

Shame on you, shame on you all. where the F did they pull this word out of  I think its likely these castings are for a minor role, people working in winterfell or a northern village. Alys karstark wouldn't have scenes with a 10 year old boy...unless they invented her a brother. |
