Oh, I like this idea Also, considering the Manderlys have one of the largest armies in the North and have yet to join the Boltons, there's got to be a reason for this. We know the Umbers and the Karstarks are going to be the only Houses supporting Ramsay too. There were some Hornwood banners in Jon's camp. So he has the Hornwoods and Mormonts, for whatever thats worth... Won't the whitehills support Ramsay? It'd be a nice tie in to throw out their name... Just mention them

Just mention them I'm not sure about the Whitehills, but they mentioned the Cerwyns who I would think will join the Starks considering Ramsay murdered the current lord's parents.

I want to hope that Jaime kills Brienne. I want it so bad. Justice. Hopefully you may get your wish considering Brienne's plot is almost done.

So is Sansa going to travel to Castle Cerwyn herself now? I think she'll take a few northmen with her. Yeah obviously not literally alone haha. But I wonder if she'll actually ride down to meet Littlefinger and help to recruit the remaining Houses, or if she's just commanding Littlefinger to do that for her. Got to be the former surely.

Yeah I think she'll ride down there. We know that Wyman Manderly and Lord Cerwyn deliver speeches to main characters, so I would think she'd appear in that scene, whether it's at White Harbor or Castle Cerwyn.

I almost wonder now if the Manderly (and Cerwyn) scene is at Winterfell in E9 before the battle takes place. The casting call for Wyman says he has a stirring speech where he suddenly switches political allegiances. That would mean he would have to be declaring for another party before switching. Perhaps it's at a war council meeting that Ramsay is having with the Umbers/Karstarks and Manderly's who he has seemingly brought in (Ramsay mentioned earlier that as long as he has these 3 armies, they'd be fine). Maybe we get a semi-remixed version of the Frey pies bit with Wyman (not with the actual pies) but a ploy for him to get his army there and create some havoc before the battle happens. I imagine he wouldn't make it out alive but I don't think he does in the books either so that makes sense. Maybe he takes out Karstark before the battle?
That seems more likely to me then the Manderly's hanging out with the KotV at Moat Caillin (which LF has explicitly said they're stationed waiting for Sansa's call). It would be a very strange narrative choice to just throw them in with LF when there's no reason for the Manderly's to be with him at all, it would just confuse the audience.
I think the Manderly's being mentioned a couple times as having a big enough army to help turn the tide points to them making a difference but their banners are pointedly absent from any descriptions of the final battle which makes me believe they do their thing earlier and aren't a part of the fighting at all.

Super upset about Jaime and Brienne ugh. Brienne "all I do is fight people now" of Tarah vs Jaime "Cersei puppet" Lannister. I'll just go. *mumbles about their book counterparts* At least we have fan fiction to read.

I wonder if the Blackfish is on that boat or if he's drawing his sword to stay behind and that's who Bri's looking back at sadly. I guess if he insists on going down fighting she could knock him out and bring him along anyways. Or it could be she's looking back at Jaime and he's ordered his men not to fire upon her despite the Blackfish being on the boat.
Both seem plausible to me.

I'm pretty sure I know how the Riverrun stuff goes down this episode:
Brienne arrives, chats with Jaime, things get tense because they're on opposite sides. She tells Jaime she's going to talk to Blackfish about needing help for Sansa. She gets to go inside and treat with him, he probably tells her he's pretty busy at the moment. While that's happening, Jaime convinces Edmure to do the book thing and be renamed Lord of Riverrun and be returned just so he can yield it back to the Frey's. Brienne then helps Blackfish escape in a boat (just as he does in the books).
I have no idea what this means for the Twins in the finale though as there are too many variables at this point.
I also am not sure what's going on with the BwB and the Hound. He's probably taking out the three chumps but I imagine there's more to the story there and how Thoros fits in is still to be determined. I think these 3 guys are supposed to be a splinter group of the BwB and Thoros won't be down with them I don't believe.

D&D please don't fuck up Thoros and real BwB. Do all your fucking up with Jaime, you're in full speed now there, anyways.

I assume that Arya leaving Braavos will be the ending in this episode.
