After a rewatch....
1) Night's King invasion - The most genius bits being the cuts from young to old Hodor and Bran getting lost in Stark memories while the apocalypse rages on in the real world. The second best bit being the Night's King wordless confrontation with the Three-Eyed Raven. No words needed there. Two immense beings seeing face to face (or warg to warg). The Raven will have the last laugh yet. Third best bit is a tie between Summer, Leaf's death and the Raven dissolving in Winterfell.
2) Acting troupe - The most hilarious scene in ages. So bad, so vulgar. It's perfect. Arya as an audience member is brilliant and Arya liking the Cersei behind the mask is even better.
3) Kinvara - Yeah, shit got real. Kinvara makes Mel and the High Sparrow look like pretty chill individuals. The messiah game is on and it's scarier than the white walkers.
4) Sansa vs. Littlefinger - The birth of Sansa 2.0. She would not Littlefinger get away with it this time. And yes, he planted some seeds of doubt in her mind re:Jon, but this makes for far better drama. Stark family reunion was never going to be Teletubbies dancing in the hills.
5) Bran's vision of winter - A scene from a horror movie. The old summer from the previous vision totally gone and replaced by this unnatural vision. Bran has been marked! The beginning of the end, people.
