The Hound came to mind first, but I suppose Edmure could also be a broken man as a hostage. So the title could refer to - Meribald himself - Sandor - Edmure - Jaime - Davos - Theon (though I think he'll skip this one)

So this means that Sansa sends Brienne to Riverlands in The Door. Then she skips 5x06, and reappears this episode. We know that Jon & co ride south in 6x05, so it makes sense that Brienne would depart Sansa then to go look for Arya.

I do wonder what'll happen if Sandor sees Brienne (or vice versa). It's a different situation from the books because they've actually "met" (to put it nicely). My prediction is that he'll see her (and we'll be shown his face) but won't react because he is a changed man. Then she'll leave to either go kill another major character or find another missing Stark child, seeing as how that's all Brienne seems to do

This season of Game of Thrones sponsored by MST3k. "Why do you hate my groin so much?"

Surely this has to be about Meribold's speech. It's quite an iconic speech from the books and for all its subtlety will work directly with a Hound reveal in the same episode. I sincerely hope it is too. Leads to the Westerosi Klitschkos finally facing each other this season finale. Also, given the info we know about this episode and the spoiler suggesting Jaime is enlisting the Freys against the faith this could end in the Septons death and tie the storylines together for the show.

I'm going to put it out there that this will be a Cogman episode. Seems right up his alley.

Hopefully the broken man speech will be as complete and faithful as Jaime's. Septon Meribald's speech is 450 words though - that's way too long. I think they'll try to cut at least 150-250 words out of that. However, they did hire a huge actor to play him, so I'm sure they'll ace the speech and place a lot of importance on it.

The official synopsis: The High Sparrow eyes another target. Jaime confronts a hero. Arya makes a plan. The North is reminded.
