The only thing I can think of is that Hodor is really "the door". Because we get the second part of that flashback in this episode and maybe he found some door in the crypts that mindfucked him. Other'n that I got nothing.

Which is a fine title after the fact with all the pieces put together but until it airs it'll be maddening trying to figure this one out. |
