While we all have a decent idea of others' favourites, I don't think we've ever had a thread like this. So, post your favourite characters.
Mine are Roose, Stannis, Theon, Jaime, Ramsay, Jon, Davos, Ned, Cersei, and Tywin.

I assume you're talking show characters, yes? My book and show favorites are mostly the same, but there would be some differences.

Varys
*Jorah for example I like much better on the show. Iain Glen has done an amazing job with the character.

Yeah, I'm talking about show here. Jorah is a great example of a character whose better in the show than in the books. In the show he is honourable, likable, and quite attractive, especially with that voice of his. While in the books he is a grumpy old man creeping on a 14 year old. |

Somehow I always forget to mention Tywin, even though he is one of my favourites. Another character I think is far better on the show. I'd add Bronn to that list as well. |

Show: Ned, Robb, Catelyn, Tywin (not a likable guy but Dance made him fun to watch), Bronn, Tyrion, Davos, Stannis, Varys, Bran, Cersei (same comment for her that I made for Tywin), Sam, The Hound (like the show version better than book version), Blackfish and Edmure.
Ohhh...can't forget Oberyn too!
Books: I just lump all the Starks in one category and I include Jon there too. I like book Jon better than the show version. Davos, Brienne, Jaime, Stannis, Theon, Lady Stoneheart, Sam, Oberyn.
I'm pretty sure I forgot some. There are not too many characters I don't like and some I am neutral on.
