Perhaps an admission of her fallibility? Or simply something about her past we didn't know. Yeah. From her quote it seems like something that Carice has known about for a while.

"Jaime and Cersei's relationship hits a new weird level."www.ew.com/article/2016/03/22/game-thrones-lena-headey-season-6This new, weird level better be them breaking apart from each other. I can't believe how wrong they've gotten their post: hand interactions and how many great moments they're depriving from Jaime.

Apart from Lady Stoneheart's omission, what they've done to Jaime's character in Season 4 and 5 is probably what bothers me the most about the TV show, cuz I really love Jaime and his Riverlands story arc is one of my favourite things in the books. I really hope they get it right in S6.

I just want to see him bitch slap somebody and say "Call her by her name, Ser. Call her Brienne."

Jaime is not one of my favorite characters, but his chapters along with Cersei's were some of the best in Feast for For Crows and I do hope that season 6 sets his arc on a better path. They wasted him in seasons 4 and 5. Forever pressed that we did not get Tyrion shattering his world when he released Tyrion from prison at the end of season 4. What a great scene that could have been between Dinklage and NCW (I'll probably have this written on my gravestone).

I gotta agree with you guys on Jaime. He's one of my favourite characters in the books, but not really on the show (since S4, but ESPECIALLY S5). However, I don't need for his storyline to be exactly as in AFFC and ADWD. What is more important to me is his characterization. They didn't do enough with him in the last two seasons and what they did was a letdown (sending him to Dorne).

The prison scene change from the books was very welcomed. Tyrion from the books is a different character from Tyrion in the show. And he's better in the show. Him lashing out to Jaime in prison would have made zero sense. It didn't feel right in the books either.

Before I check that thread, are the spoilers only for 6x01, or for other episodes as well?
