I'll be seriously, seriously pissed off if this teaser turns out to be just old footage  At this point that's doubtful. The question is how long it'll be. At longest it'll be a minute. Could be as short as twenty seconds too. But given that I'm the sort of person who looks forward to the year-ender, twenty seconds of new footage is something I'm pretty cool with. I just want my s6 gifs.  |

I just....don't get it. This is the first footage from the new season. The rule of marketing is you wanna make the best trailer possible. How well can they do with a glorified TV Spot? A minute is a very short time. Unless they are being smart here and this is all because they don't want to spoil stuff...but HBO marketing has never been smart

Anyhow, Vinyl looks good and has a two hour pilot directed by Scorsese. So there's no way HBO's disappointing me on Sunday. i'm intrigued about vinyl too. i think i may check out the pilot. it looks like a nice feel-good happy type of show lol Terrence Winter was confidant enough to stop Boardwalk Empire to work on it. So I think it'll be pretty damn good. The pilot's gotten great reviews so far anyways. |
