Just checking in on all the updates. So glad we have dedicated fans in our group to keep things sorted! I made a photo album in my scenes/set photos thread for a few of the interesting 6x06 shots we got to see. Especially the very end ones where we did finally get to see Jaime on horseback and even riding with Mace Tyrell on his horse too. That's a significant spoiler to me because I wasn't sure if Jaime would be opposing or allying with Tyrells in this scene. Great work with the photos! I added the detail about Mace Tyrell's soldiers. There's still plenty of stuff about that scene we don't know about. So good job HBO  |

Another thing about season 6. Sam does not stop at home , so does Sam in Winds of Winter? I mean by this on his way back from the Citadel? It's always bothered me that timing seems off , unless there is a 6 weeks crash course in becoming a Maester. The Others seem on the march, implied in Dance , but is it delayed in Winds? If Sam was gone for years ... might not even be a Wall to come back to! We shall see on the show but seems Sam goes straight to Oldtown a story I would like to know about. Archmaester Marwyn was going somewhere ... that's been up in the air for a long time. I've no idea what's going on with Sam. It's still unknown whether he reaches Oldtown early in the season or near the ending. In any case, it doesn't look like he spends a lot of time there judging from the very feeble Oldtown filming in Girona. |

Just like the book , the show has these 'spinners' of the side! |

Thank you again for this. I must admit my love for the show has died a bit after S5 but still this is great. Except for Daario still being alive and in a khalasar for some reason. That part is not great.

I'll probably be excited for S6 eventually because for once I won't have to compare it to the books. I know that sounds stupid but I won't have to worry about "oh no they changed this or that". That probably sounds like book reader entitlement but whatever.
It'll be nice to just watch. I just hope its not stupid. Like Dorne.

I had lost that site. Did they restructure? They seemed gone for a while. Where do they get the Hi Res images? Someone pay for them? Anyway some of the earlier ones in Bardenas Reales de Navarra are not there. I notice something in one of those either Emilia is standing off to the side (the blue hair scarf) and her double is on the horse or her double is standing off to the side and Emilia is on the horse? Hard to tell. Since it seems they are making close ups it should be Emilia on the horse. Less of a hind of Iain being in that photo , at his res, tho there is the back of the head of a guy who could be him, standing on the ground. (interesting, the video has one view that shows even more mounted horse than in any of the stills.) |
