I pray to JENOVA they don't replace Aeris' beautiful theme with awkward J-Pop in the remake. This scene needs to be subtle in order to work.

I swear this fucking game floors me every time. I love the drama. I love the sinister and serious mood. I love the horror elements. At the same time, the game is full of comic relief. I can't wait to have more information on that remake.

I love the german translation, it has such gems as, "Read it sorgfältig durch, it's all in there." And his name is Rufhaus Shinra, right? Or was it Rufaus? Or Rufeus? The best translation is probably Waffeé for Weapons, and also Aeris asking Cloud: "Fèlst du dich stark genug dafè?!" Yes, the German translation is truly one of a kind.

Gotta hand it to them, as much as I disliked LR, Bhuniwhatshisface has an amazing design. He really looks like how I'd imagine an almighty deity. And the last battle theme kicks ass.

Bhunivelze was worse. When I got to him on my first playthrough, I was too weak to defeat him, so I had to start over the whole fucking game ...

I beat Bhunivelze on the first go Orphan still sometimes creams me because there's no way to protect yourself from Death 100% Fucker.

True, the death countdown is cheap, but once he's staggered, you've basically won. I've never managed to defeat a Long Gui in FFXIII, though.

He has an attack that can inflict Death and I'm pretty sure it has a higher hit rate than Vanille

You mean this version of Orphan? Okay, I get it now, I thought you meant the other, more pathetic version of him, that casts Doom at the beginning of the battle.
