I'm not saying this because Richard is in it (I swear...) but I posted in the television section about Oasis. It was a seriously good pilot, he's good in it as is the rest of the cast. I really wanted there to be second episode after it ended. The show evokes Lost for me, just hope that it has a beginning, middle and end. and he has a naked, non sex scene. His character is all tattooed up and I swear those tats are going to have meaning. |

I really want to watch this show but it turns out I can't. I don't get Amazon's streaming service format. Unlike Netfix, where their own productions are available to every subscriber worldwide, no matter where it is produced and only the third party content is restricted depending on the county. Even if you are a Amazon Prime/Video subscriber you can't watch nothing from the pilot season, only if you live in the US. Ugh.

No news on whether Amazon has picked up Oasis yet but Richard has landed a role in Amazon's anthology series Philip K Dick's Electric Dreams, I guess Amazon's version of Black Mirror? He'll be in one episode. Electric Dreams also will feature the likes of Bryan Cranston, Terrance Howard, Anna Paquin, & Steve Buscemi.
