What good is Rollo now to the Franks that he has no men? Sure they could try to blackmail Ragnar with him. He's a warrior who knows the ins and outs of a viking army. Half of those men didn't even want to fight for him. He was proving himself to the Franks and getting rid of a threat. If he went there alone, they would absolutely kill have killed him. Plus he doesn't need his own men anyway. |

Well it airs at different times and on different days in different countries. omg this episode was really good, i enjoyed it immensely!
I don't think it was that clear that Rollo's men were going to kill him. They probably gave that side character such a prominent death because of this reason. I guess we'll never know. I love how Rollo dealt with the french princess. I dislike her.
Yay lagertha! And bjorn is going to face the bear probably next episode?

Fuck. Now I'm pissed at myself for reading the spoiler despite your warning. Mmmhmm, it's not too big a spoiler really though. I think it was more or less set that up this episode anyway by showing Bjorn reading the map. It's fairly obvious that the map (showing the Mediterranean) is the future for Bjorn. The interview just goes a bit more specific |
