Fucking Steam doesn't update. BTW I haven't even finished Iron from Ice yet. Maybe you have auto-updating turned off?

The writing was pretty damn solid in this one compared to the past two.
The Whitehills were a bit more gray and less Black and White.
Ramsay is the best in these. I'm looking forward to more of him. His part in Episode 1 was absolutely spot on perfect.
Bonus points for not referring to Dany as Khaleesi like they jarringly did at the end of last episode. Extra bonus points for drops of Hardhome, Grayscale, the Citadel...
I wish they would have had "Great Pit of Daznak" on the Meereen map. It would have been a nice Easter Egg / Something that really should have been on there anyway.
I still want to know who that coal boy is working for. It's gotta be Varys or Littlefinger.
Yeah, I almost felt bad for almost killing Gryff and for wishing I could castamere the Whitehills after that family painting scene, but then the dinner scene brought all my hatred back.
As much as I love Ramsay, I hope he doesn't become the main villain because he can't be beaten or killed. He's almost like a god in the story in that sense. I hope he's there for us to turn him against the Whitehills instead. Something about that scene, the bit where Ludd mentions Gregor complementing Highpoint, the shields with the the Forrester and Whitehill sigil and Gwyn mentioning the families were once close makes me think maybe the Forresters were the ones who pissed off the Whitehills to begin with? That would be a pretty big plot twist if the Forrester's were actually the cause of it all.

Ok, I did it, I bought the game via steam. Is cool, although it can be pretty stressing and I'm only on episode 1. I stopped after the conversation with Cersei because she is impossible, is there any way to please her without humiliating Margaery? Probably not.

Well her goal is pretty much to humiliate Margaery or you so no, you just gotta go with it. I wound up pissing her off big time!

I pissed off Margaery because she basically tells you to fake it.

I played through the first episode tonight. I could have done two but decided to wait and just enjoy one each night or over the next 3-4 days.
It's great so far. I had some troubles getting the hang of moving around and doing the keys correctly like in the initial combat scenes because it's so unusual from what I'm accustomed to in a WASD/Mouse movement style game. But once I got used to it - not too bad. I love the looks of the scenery and the keep for House Forrester is pretty cool and fitting for a northern minor noble house. Had to go read up on whether or not you can prevent certain things from happening based on your choices so I don't get upset and it frees me to just make the choices I want to make without that fear.

Just played through episode 2 tonight ... and it's way better than episode 1. I wasn't that impressed with the start of the story but this second one got me hooked! It was sooo cool to be someone at the wall and talk to Jon Snoooo! I'll update tomorrow as I play through the 3rd ep. and then onward to the 4th later this week. Talia's song was so heartbreaking.

Finished episode 3. This one seemed to bounce around too much and had questionable outcomes at least for me. I enjoyed 2 far more. Question for those of you through this one: Was it possible to get through Gared's scene on the wall without killing Britt? I rushed a bit towards the end and mis-clicked - really did not want to kill the guy so now I'm a little bummed about that but I also realize there are a lot of outcomes you can't avoid no matter what you chose anyways. Just curious on that and how some of you played it out.
