When do you think we'll get the title? It depends if someone figures it out by looking at the code on the HBO site again as was done last week with 509's title, or if we wait until it's updated. If the former we could find out this week, I think, if the latter it could take a few more weeks.

I would've loved this for the episode after Sansa and Ramsay get married (Episode 7) but I don't think it really suits the finale. They should have had The Ghost in Winterfell instead of Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken as the episode 6 title.

Talking about ghosts, if Jon does warg into Ghost after being stabbed as so many folks speculate and WE SEE the eyes-rolling-back-into-his-head (a la Bran, Orell etc.) as the last moment of the episode, the episode itself could be called just "Ghost".

BTW I really hope they will feature Ghost more in the latter part of the season. What the hell, 3 seconds so far. I know that they have only limited sum of money to use on CGI but really, couldn't one of the dragons breathe less fucking fire or something so they could save on that and give us one scene with Ghost? Like him licking Mel's face or some cute shit like Jon introducing Shireen - who is super curious and would surely love to see Ghost - to him? FFS

FFS The Direwolf thing isn't a matter of money in the same way that it is with the dragons. The dragons, being CGI, can do whatever they're required to do in a given scene. The wolves on the other hand are real wolves that are filmed in front of greenscreens in L.A. and can thus only do what they're trained to do. They're pretty hard to direct apparently, so there are real limits on what they can do in any given scene.
That said, yeah, I'd like to see Ghost more too.

Seriously, they should have just used real huskys or something

Seriously, they should have just used real huskys or something They used malamutes on set for s1 and they were also apparently very difficult to direct. And all the fans complained they were too small to be Direwolves. Or did you mean use dogs instead of wolves to film with the greenscreens? I'm sure they must've considered that at least. IIRC D and D addressed on one of the commentaries why the Direwolves show up so seldom.
It's disappointing of course but I understand it. Full-on CGI wolves would look shitty IMO, so I'm glad that that alternative was never considered.

Yeah I meant just use normal dogs or trained wolves or something. The warging could be enough of fantasy element there, instead of making them super big.

I think the ship has sailed on using dogs now given how big they've made the grown-up direwolves. I think that we got the right amount of Summer and Shaggydog in Bran's plotline but it is funny that Ghost almost never shows up with Jon. I wonder if it's because he's white and that's harder to render with the backgrounds.
The worst thing the show could do is have shitty CGI wolves though because that would ruin everything. The one thing I really appreciate is that when they do use creature effects, it comes off grounded and not cartoony. If you get too CGI with the wolves, then it turns into Twilight-level werewolf stuff and no one wants that.

To be fair I found Twilight wolves better in terms of CGI than some of GoT wolves scenes, like that shot of Grey Wind during Karstark execution

How could you miss that amazing moment? It's been over a year I watched that episode and I only remember the execution. Not characters on background.

I would like Ghost but it will probably be something like Heart of Stone and refer to Sansa turning down Brienne again or some fuckery not LSH related.

Finale is in 4 weeks. Surprised we don't have the title yet.
