Damn, this is a very North heavy episode. I'm not complaining but I can't believe they've spent the whole time there other than the opening scene in Meereen.

I won't be able to watch it for a few hours (Damn Sky and their no simultaneous broadcasting! ) so could anybody possibly tell me if anything bad happens to Olly. I've seen the recap and he seems too have been featured as of he's important on this episode.

Okay - so it was a good episode although for me last week was better.
Dany feeding the noble to the dragons is the equivalent of having the Shavepate "question sharply" the wine seller's daughters. She also realized that, that would not work. However, I think the decision to marry Hizzy came to quickly, IMH.
I'm super annoyed about Jorah getting greyscale, but I can't deal with that right now.
Winterfell was good and the Wall was okay.

What a great episode. I can't believe they spent almost the entire time in the North but it worked really well. I'm also really surprised they pushed Dany in that direction, having her bring all of the masters down to the dragons and having one of them killed. The Smoking Sea scene was so good, I almost thought that they were going to end it with Tyrion being pulled under as well.
UGhhhhh, I'm not looking forward to next week at all. I'm going to be dying the entire time during the wedding and whatever happens afterwards.

Hi Everyone,
I cannot believe that it's my daughter who is so disappointed and so disgusted, and I'm not sure where either one of us should or could start. Oh...I can start by Ser Barristan dead reminding me to be pissed off......until we made it to Dany and her children. There wasn't much to even laugh about, maybe tomorrow, eh?

There was a huge info drop in this episode too: Dragonglass, Oldtown (rekindling the possiblity of the Sam and Gilly heading there?), Randyll Tarly , etc.

Totally ninja'd by morgantaylor! If it happens, IMO they're definitely not leaving until the finale if they're taking Shireen. If it's just Gilly and Sam, then probably right before Jon and Tormund go to Hardhome.

I should mention that I loved Sam and Aemond talking about Dany. And of course the o' so obvious "a Targaryen shouldn't be alone in this world" and then Jon comes in. Win, wink, don't worries Dany you still got family.

I was so pissed when Ramsay said "The North remembers" to Sansa.

At first I thought no but I feel like it's possible now. D&D usually only show things that will matter. Unless boobs.

And 'Reek' apologizing for killing Bran and Rickon. Definitely, a Sansa-Theon meeting coming up where he can finally say its not true. IMO, Alfie is just extraordinary in this part, really well done.

So much anticipation for Oldtown. Remember last season we got 2 or 3 mentions of the Golden Company and lots of people thought that meant Aegon and Griff would be included? Then again, I've learned my lesson about attempting to shoot down speculation so I'll just hop on the wagon and hope they're heading there too!
