Do not enter if you don't want to be spoiled. This is the place to discuss rumours, spoilers and any kinds of hints you can find.
FROM IMDB:

*Stannis is in all 4 episodes.
*Stannis offers Jon legitimacy and Winterfell in episode 2.
*Jon becomes Lord Commander in episode 2.
*Jon beheads Janos Slynt in episode 3 and Stannis nods afterwards, apparently it's a great scene.
*Stannis is finally starting to resemble the Stannis we all know and love.
*King's Landing is still an entertaining set-piece.
*Ellaria taking over Arianne's material is actually done well.
*Winterfell is introduced in episode 3 (with Sansa and LF going there). Littlefinger is still there in episode 4 but gets called back to KL by Cersei.
*Sansa's marriage plans to Ramsay is revealed in episode 3.
*Roose puts Littlefinger in his place and does a good job hiding Ramsay's dark side from the others.
*There's a show-invented Stannis scene that's praised even by Elio and Linda, two hardcore show haters. The summary of it is this; There's a show-invented Stannis scene that's praised even by Elio and Linda, two hardcore show haters. The summary of it is this; "There is a scene between him and Shireen at Castle Black where she asks him if he is ashamed of her and he recounts how she got her greyscale and the lengths to which he went to get it treated. He says maesters recommended that he send her to Valyria to live off the rest of her days with the stone men but that he refused..."Because you are the Princess Shireen of House Baratheon. And you are my daughter." Then she tears up and hugs him. It was a legitimately heart-warming scene and I think goes a long way towards generating empathy for him on the show. Admittedly I am a hopeless Stannis fan."
*Jaime heads to Dorne after episode 1.
*Jaime uses his golden hand to slap some Dornish soldier.
*Tommen and Margaery have sex, it's off-screen but you can still hear them f-cking like jackrabbits and Tommen post-coital looks like he's in heaven.
*Sweet Robin gets dropped off with Yohn Royce for safekeeping while Sansa and LF go to Winterfell.
*Jaime arrives in Dorne in episode 4.
*The battle with the Sons of the Harpy in episode 4 is apparently cool.
*Melisandre's "You know nothing, Snow" line is in.
*Cersei is definitely getting some good material this season. More nuanced than the book.
*Kevan is back and taking zero sh-t from Cersei.
*Kevan says he will serve as Tommen's Master of War if the king himself calls upon him but he will not be a puppet of Cersei's.
*Cersei attempts to drive a wedge between Tommen and Margaery by giving up Loras to the Faith Militant. Before she does this, she sends Mace to Braavos to treat with the Iron Bank, so that she can make her move. Tommen demands Cersei release Loras, Cersei feigns ignorance and says "You're the king, I'm sure they will release him if you go speak with the High Sparrow" and when he tries to, he is blocked by the faith militant and backs down after a crowd starts to gather and call him a bastard and incest-born.
*Regarding the Dorne storyline, all in all; "As a die hard book reader I was okay with Jaime's part in the Dorne storyline, it all seems to carry out organically and Ellaria and Doran have nice scenes together. So far it's promising."
*Jorah slaps Tyrion for badmouthing him after he kidnaps him.
*No mention of the Griffs.
*Littlefinger's reason for sending Sansa to Winterfell is because he thinks Stannis will defeat the Boltons, seize Winterfell, and name her Wardeness of the North.
*Regarding Littlefinger's plan, he tells Roose who Sansa is. They both explicitly discuss how this will affect both of their relationships with House Lannister.
*Davos has a nice scene with Jon Snow.
*There is one pretty great scene with Bronn and Lollys right before Jaime comes to recruit him for the Dorne mission.
Bad news:
*The Sand Snakes are lame (expected, since they are also lame in the book.)
*Not a single mention of the ironborn or Balon, or Yara.
*Illyrio never even shows up.
*Brienne heads to Winterfell after meeting Sansa at an inn and getting rejected.
* Mance dies in episode 1.
* Barristan dies in episode 4.
* Grey Worm dies in episode 4. [UNCONFIRMED]
*Arya's storyline is apparently dull (she scrubs floors and washes dead bodies for most of her screentime.)
*No hint of Davos going to White Harbor.
*Theon has zero dialogue in both episodes he appears in.
*Jaime continues to be pussywhipped by Cersei and wants her affection.
*A Brienne scene with Pod suggests what everyone fears..."Nothing is more hateful than failing to protect the ones you love. One day I will avenge King Renly." "But you said a shadow murdered him. How do you find a shadow?" "A shadow with the face of Stannis Baratheon. I know it was Stannis. I know it in my heart. Stannis is a man, not a shadow...and a man...can be killed."
OTHER TIDBITS:
Regarding Jaqen's reveal;
She is turned away and tosses her coin into the water. Then she is wandering the back alleys of Braavos when three ruffians come across her and try to intimidate her into giving up her belongings. She tells them to walk away, and pulls out Needle. The men mock her and say it's a cute sword when suddenly the kindly man appears behind them. The men clearly know who he is and immediately flee. The kindly man tells Arya she forgot something and holds out his hand, the coin resting in his palm. She asks him questions but he doesn't answer, just leading her back to the HOBAW temple. Then on the steps he changes his face back to Jaqen and escorts her inside.
Description of the ''Olly fetch me my sword'' scene;
Jon is chairing his first meeting as Lord Commander. He announces that they need to build a new latrine ditch and at first it looks like he is going to order Ser Alliser to be in charge of it to humiliate him but instead he nominates some random redheaded dude and says "seems like a good job for a ginger." Pretty funny. Then he compliments Ser Alliser on his bravery and skills and promotes him to first ranger. Ser Alliser looks surprised at the news (probably because he expected Jon to screw him over as payback for all the *beep* he put him through) and other brothers congratulate him. Jon then tasks Janos Slynt with going to Greyguard with a contingent of black brothers to rebuild and regarrison the castle. Janos bristles and protests, saying he was head of the city guard in Kings Landing and Jon can keep his ruin. Jon says "you mistake me my lord. That was a command, not an offer. Pack your arms and armor and ride for Greyguard." Janos protests some more and says he will not have it. "Are you refusing to obey my order?" "You can stick your order up your bastard ass." "Take Lord Janos outside. Olly - bring me my sword." At the point the brothers begin to file outside and "the iron price" begins playing on the soundtrack. Janos is escorted outside by two (random) brothers, continuing to protest. Jon, the only one left in the great hall, takes a final sip of his ale and leaves.
"Get your hands off me! Scum! All of you! The boy thinks he can frighten me? He is mistaken! Yes, very mistaken! I have friends! Important friends in the capital, you'll see!"
We see a wooden stump being set into place at the top of a platform, Janos' legs are kicked out from under him and his head is placed on top of the stump. Jon descends the stairs and Olly hands him his sword. He makes his way through the gathered brothers with a determined look on his face. Stannis, hearing the commotion, exits his quarters to observe from a balcony. Jon stands above Janos, and removes Longclaw from its sheath.
"If you have any last words my lord...now is the time."
Seeing the sword, Janos loses his composure. "I was wrong! You're the lord commander. We all serve you. I'm sorry - not only for this, for all I've done and said! I was wrong!"
Jon raises the sword. He is about to bring it down.
"My lord!" Janos screams, "please - mercy! I'll go! I will!"
The music stops. Jon looks like he is going to reconsider.
"Please," Janos continues, "I'm afraid...I've always been afraid..."
He begins sobbing. The camera cuts back to Jon, processing this, and suddenly his face shifts from a sympathetic expression to one of barely contained rage. Without a word he brings the sword back and down, cleanly slicing Janos' head off.
The assembled brothers go silent. Jon breathes heavily for a few moments, staring down at Slynt's decapitated corpse, before turning his gaze up towards Stannis across the courtyard. Stannis gives him a slight nod, and goes back inside to his quarters.
