There is a sinner amongst us, hidden by gold and priviledge. She's talking about herself, no? Loras and Margaery I know. It was a joke referring to her description fitting her own personality.

I know. It was a joke referring to her description fitting her own personality. The subtlety of Cersei's words were certainly not lost on the High Sparrow. I'm sure many fans caught the irony. He also said: "All Sinners are equal in the eyes of the Gods" ... to which Cersei gave him a wan smile. She thinks she is immune to his judgement. She couldn't be more mistaken. Love this guy.

I know. It was a joke referring to her description fitting her own personality. Well her gold appears to be one necklace she keeps wearing ^^

I doubt this was on purpose but it's interesting that Stannis says 'I told them all to go to hell' rather than 'seven hells' or something.

“A bastard by some tavern slut.”
"Perhaps...but that wasn’t Ned Stark’s way.”

I caught that too since I quoted his great speech and wondered. It's always been plural 'hells' in Westeros because of the 7 Gods of it's people, but since Stannis supposedly follows R'hllor under Melisandre, there's only "One True God" and I guess that means there's only "One True Hell?" hehe. Seems a stretch of imagination by show writers or just the way he said it in acting and they just went with it.

Mel says to Shireen 'There's only one hell. The one we live in now.' and I think that's after Shireen asks her if there's no seven heavens or hells. Considering the duality of their religion it certainly makes sense.

Scene wish - Stannis sits there like a schoolboy while Melisandre is lecturing him about their faith
