Aimee used to play Myrcella, but the show recast the role after aging up Tommen. Aimee was apparently really excited to return. IIRC, she was popular with fans on Twitter.

She was so excited about landing the part in the first place, so excited about coming back. And then, wasn't chosen to come back. |
