What’s kind of annoying is they had longer than ever to produce fewer episodes, albeit lengthy ones. This should have given the time to add polish and perfection to both scripts and production yet you still get sloppy writing and lazy production (seriously how the fuck does nobody in that big ass production notice there are coffee cups and water bottles in the shot?) |

I'm convinced they wrote the season over a drunken weekend. Others have speculated they were waiting until Maisie was old enough to film a sex scene. I think they just wanted a year break from the show, because the extra time clearly didn't go into the writing. |
