Gah! That was wonderful from beginning to end. I'm still sort of stunned.
One question, though. Why was Tyrion lurking about watching Jon go into Dany's room? He looked worried. Surely he's not jealous. Maybe he's just concerned that with the coming war now is not the time to get distracted by love?

We don't have a post episode thread, so I am posting some of my questions here and what you said is one of them. Why was he listening/watching/or whatever? Not only was Robert's Rebellion started on a lie so was the War of the Five Kings. Help me to understand why Jon has a better claim to the throne then Dany? The way I see it, Aerys died after Rhaegar, so Rhaegar was never crowned king. Therefore Aerys' heir would have been Dany, right? Legitimate or not, Dany still has the better claim? Jon would have the better claim if Rhaegar was crowned king? But in what world would Dany accept that? Even with Bran surfing the Weirwood net and Sam's Gilly's intel? |
