TheMadQueeni'm skimming thru the jaime/brienne sub i linked earlier and a lot of these people aren't exactly a fan of jaime abandoning a pregnant cersei and don't like the idea of jaime hooking up with brienne in season 8 when he doesn't know that cersei miscarried. what do you think of this? personally i don't care about jaime, brienne or jaime/brienne so i don't give a fuck lol. i'm much more interested what cersei will do all alone in KL in season 8

But yeah. Last chance saloon, tbh. No Reddit for me in the run up to season 8, that's for damn sure.  The process of season 7 'spoilers' by Reddit seem stranger than for season 6 and I am not sure why. On spoilers, taking away R+L = J and Jon's resurrection , which had been guessed at book wise, I think there will be only one more book spoiler , the story climax. D&D have known that , apparently, from day one. I am thinking book wise GoT and ASoIaF have become disjoint. When I think back about , on the show, am I right about this?, D&D have only explicitly said that it was GRRM who confirmed the Shireen and Hodor (book) spoilers (R+L=J and Jon getting better are only implicit, even if GRRM told em explicitly). It is interesting to me that all the show book spoilers may have been written down in the teleplays before GRRM even typed a word of it! (Even if GRRM knew them!) For me now, I take the fate of any character now to be that of the GoT universe and not the ASoIaF universe. I mean Barristan Selmy is kicking of the page start of WoW, or could be Dorne actually is a useful element of the over all book plot!? Just musing. |
