I’m clearly too much of a pessimist because my reaction to the news was not “Yay!” But “How fucking depressing that we are celebrating a narrow victory for Dems when the opposition was a fucking sexual predator.” I have no faith in humanity anymore

I am glad Doug Jones won. I am surprised Fart has not yet had a twitter meltdown. Supposedly Mitch Mc Connell wants to delay seating Jones until the Tax Scam vote.

Alabama has a voting bloc of uneducated, religious single-issue voters. These are people that will vote for anybody with an R next to their name due to abortion. In their minds, the liberal media was making up these allegations to smear Roy Moore in order to help baby-killer Doug Jones. Seriously. These people didn't think they were voting for a pedophile, they have been brainwashed to believe the liberal media just makes up lies to influence politics. This means Democrats turned out to vote in a state that overwhelmingly votes Republican. It means that Dems actually have a chance at retaking the Senate in 2018, which brings us one step closer to impeaching Trump. This is huge.

Speaking of which, kinda weird that he said 3 million people voted illegally then did absolutely nothing about it he just said that to try to invalidate the fact that he lost the popular vote, because he'd rather blame it on illegal immigrants than the fact that people don't like him lol i'm surprised trump reacted as calmly as he did. Like Davey, I was expecting a full-on meltdown haha.

There is still time for a meltdown once he catches a whiff of someone saying this makes him look weak or a poor leader. Right now Bannon is taking the brunt of the abuse even from the Breitbart crowd, but if it turns against Trump I expect meltdown. I also think it was probably some aide/intern who wrote that. No way Trump can compose something so calm and measured himself.

This video makes me hate the guy even more. the way he responds to her makes me sick.
Honestly don't understand how it is even possible that the entire American population wants nothing more than to preserve net neutrality, and yet three rich fucks vote to kill it and now it's dead. Is America a fucking dictatorship now, does it not matter at all what the people want?
It's pathetic to see how fucking unashamed these people are about being corrupt pieces of shit and hated by an entire nation.

It's like every Trump appointee just doesn't give a fuck what the people think. They serve their lobbyists and corporate interests. 2018 better usher in a revolution in America. I almost think Americans need to storm Washington the way the French stormed the Bastille.
