Anyone else thinks the show should let Maisie keep the blue hair once she starts filming? Daarya Starkharis?

I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I just have to say FUCK YOUR OPINION! But seriously Davey, ranking SNOWBOWL as the absolutely worst episode of the season? Because of just some nitpicks regarding the editing of the episode and the directing of a single scene? And it's somehow worse than The Red Woman, where nothing happened except for the ridiculous destruction of the Martell storyline in one of the worst twists of the entire show? I'm okay with you rating it 6, but ranking it as the worst episode of the entire season is too much. I read your rants about SNOWBOWL and many of those points are valid, like I said the other day, but it's mostly stuff about the editing and the directing, and 90% of it is focused on that single long shot of Jon in the battlefield. If a single scene in that episode ruined it completely for you, how can The Broken Man be at the top of your list with Arya's awful stabbing scene? SNOWBOWL seems to be the only episode you chose to nitpick over editing and directing so harshly, it almost looks like you were actively looking for mistakes to criticize, not like you were trying to enjoy it like you said. Don't worry, I don't mean to imply anything, my comment last week that you were jealous because SNOWBOWL happened and Cleganebowl didn't was just a joke . Still, the reason you were so hard on this episode compared to other episodes with much bigger mistakes that you easily overlook really confuses me, it seemed almost unfair to this particular episode. If you say that you preferred Doran's assassination over any SNOWBOWL scene I swear that I'm never gonna lend you my couch I liked the Red Woman. I mean the Dorne scene was truly awful, but overall I really enjoyed it, and back when it aired I called it the best season premier the show has done. The scenes with Davos at the Wall were very suspenseful and had a great sense of foreboding. Almost every episode had a moment of weakness or two, but Battle of the Bastards is the only episode that flat out disappointed me. My complaints about the battle may sound like nitpicks to you, but the style of the battle with its reliance on CGI and weird filters is the polar opposite of my personal taste in action sequences. D&D can talk about how they wanted a sense of chaos in the battle, but I think it was just bad editing from a rushed shoot. Instead of taking the time to orchestrate an amazing battle sequence with practical effects, they rushed production with some basic elements and decided to fix it in post. It was also the third time a battle sequence has ended with a last minute save from another army. I tend to prefer the dialogue-driven episodes that feature all of the characters, but Blackwater and The Watchers on the Wall were so fantastically produced, that I was totally won over and giddy with excitement. I really wish they had gotten Marshall back for this one, because I hate cheesy shit like CGI arrows flying through the air. The battle was the centerpiece of the episode, and the defining event of the season, but it goes beyond nitpicking, I simply didn't enjoy the battle. I had trouble following the action so I just grew disconnected and bored with it. While rewatching on Sunday the tracking shot was even more underwhelming, because I noticed the invisible edits, there are three to four moments where a horse passes by in the foreground, those are invisible edits. It's lazy filmmaking, which would be acceptable if GoT didn't set the bar so high with previous battles. Dorne sucked, but it didn't ruin 6x01 for me, however the battle was essential to one's enjoyment of this episode. Expectation probably played a big part in it. 2x09, 4x09, and the Hardhome sequence was so amazing, that I assumed this one would excite me just as much, but I thought it was the weakest battle of the series. And in the interest of fairness, I will reiterate that I absolutely loved the pre-battle banter and the Bolton phalanx maneuver. I just wish the rest of the battle was that exciting for me. I promise that I'm not trolling you, or anything, I really didn't enjoy it very much. But I'm glad you did. I'd be devastated if CLEGANEBOWL didn't blow me away, which is probably inevitable considering my extreme levels of hype. I'm deeply wounded, and a bit mad, but I'll let this one slide because, like Ramsay, I'm a man of mercy. You're gonna have to beg on your knees if you ever want to borrow my couch, though

They only have like ten extras in Northern Ireland. No but really something is on Guy was super lucky to work in two seasons in three episodes, in super important scenes. I'm sure that they have contracts with many agencies which recruits extras, that's what I maen by being part of the crew He was also the third guy to yell King in the North in the last episode, the last one to do it before everyone else joined in unison.

And a great, fantastic analysis from Tumblr shows the meaning of the armillary sphere that is shown in the title sequence. I wonder if there's a giant map of Westeros just like the one from the credits somewhere in the Citadel.

As QUEEN Daenerys STORMBORN takes STORM'S END, Euron THE STORM forges an alliance with MAD QUEEN Cersei, sealing the pact with their marriage. With the power of his kraken horn, Euron reveals that now he can summon KRAKENS, his trump card against Daenerys and her DRAGONS! As Euron GREYJOY sails to Storm's End with his fleet and his kraken, facing his niece and nephew Yara and Theon GREYJOY under the biggest storm the Stormlands have ever seen, Cersei marches to the same castle with a host led by SER GREGOR CLEGANE, not knowing that SANDOR CLEGANE had joined the Targaryen forces. The greatest battle in the history of Westeros begins. QUEENBOWL... STORMBOWL... GREYBOWL... MONSTERBOWL... CLEGANEBOWL... ALL AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME!!!This is the bowl of all bowls... THE MANY-FACED BOWL

Now all we need is Euron getting a kraken horn instead of the dragon horn and we'll get MONSTERBOWL as well.
QUEENBOWL + STORMBOWL + MONSTERBOWL + CLEGANEBOWL (just make Sandor fight for Dany or something) = The Bowl of All Bowls AKA THE MANY-FACED BOWL

I'll say these are my hopeful wishes: Arya/Bran/Jon/Sansa Brienne/Pod/BwB/Gendry/Sandor/Arya (before reuniting with her family)/Mel..eventually these characters maybe with or without Mel go North. Jaime/Cersei/Tyrion/Dany/Yara/Theon I'm coming on the board with Cersei/Euron Dany and friends go North season 8, I think. I used to think season 7 is gonna be dealing with Cersei's end but now I think maybe it will come in season 8? They should let her unleash crazy for more than 6- 7 episodes, really make her do awful stuff - she is the biggest antagonist Dany has had so far Cersei doesn't stand a chance against Dany without Euron, I mean if Euron does have the dragon horn (or better yet, a KRAKEN horn ). That's why they MUST join forces in S7.
