It's been a year since I got the idea from Nezzer and made the the HYPE thread. For a year I've waited gor this episode. And it fucking delivered. The cavalry charge, the shot of Bolton archers, dragons burning the slaver fleet, fighting Davos, mad Jon, Smalljon vs Tormund, Bolton shieldwall... Not to mention the score. Bolton and KotV themes especially. While it was kinda satisfying after what Theon went through (and the suicide of Lady Walda), I cared more about Rams than Rickon or Wun Wun. So there's that. I really won't feel sad for any of them. I didn't like the cliche calvalry surprise, but everything else was so good. Dany's scene with the Greyjoys was good, though I cringed a bit at some parts. HOW FUCKING AMAZING WAS SNOWBOWL????? RIP Ramsay Bolton, trueborn son of late Roose Bolton, Lord of Winterfell and the Dreadfort, Warden of the North, Lord Paramount of the North, Torturer of Turncloaks, Bedder of Starks, Friend of Dogs, and Defeater of the One True King. 3x02 - 6x09

Where was Karstark?
Too much of a coward to take part in battle.

This moment reached LotR levels of emotion with the music. It's so beautifully shot too.

Ramsay faked his death by warging into his hounds and eating his own body. Hell, it's possible that it was Roose in Ramsay's body all along. Now it's time for him to find a new body.

Hopefully Lord Roose kills those vile schemers who poisoned him, killed his son, and took his castle through treachery. The bastard didn't even give Lord Ramsay a trial!

I'll still miss Roose and Ramsay though. Michael and Iwan are fantastic actors.

The NK is more of a force of nature, so I don't count him. We've only seen Euron twice too, which is odd since he was first in the S6 casting calls so I thought he would appear more. I thought Pilou was good in his scene where he killed Balon, but he just seemed drunk at the kingsmoot. That's not really enough to form a full opinion on his portrayal in the show, so hopefully they do him justice in S7.

SO EPIC! I can't believe how great they did with the three dragons flying in over the city and the ships. Wow. Just wow. Can't wait to replace my two captive dragons with some of these epic shots!

I like to think that the beautiful, feminine version of the Winterfell theme that played during the KotV's attack was Sansa's Theme.

Irrelevant nitpick: Sansa left before Ramsay told Jon that he hasn't fed his dogs in seven days. How did she know?

Sansa's decision not to tell Jon the Vale army was on their way means Jon and Davos went into battle without all the information they needed, and if she had, they may have delayed their army's march a few days so they could join the Arryn army outside of Winterfell. Even with Ramsay killing Rickon to bait Jon into attacking, it wouldn't have been the massacre we saw. And the worst part is that we still don't know why Sansa kept that a secret
