I just did another re-watch of just the Sansa and crew coming into Castle Black courtyard and Jon greeting her and I had to laugh at Tormund. Did you see the man's face? Mouth completely agape at the idea of a giant amazon looking woman riding in dressed like a knight. I think he pissed himself!

By the way, this seems to be the most critically acclaimed episode of the show since Hardhome.
AV Club (both Experts and Newbies), Atlantic, IGN, EW, New York Times, indieWire, Slant, Paste all only had positive things to say about this episode.

Sansa killed it today. They made a huuuuge point of all the female characters holding the power and influence over the men. It wasn't subtle but it's certainly appreciated. Females are raising. Some will from the dead. The only things I disliked about this episode were: Mereen and the manner in which Dany just tilted braziers and none of the Khals thought to run and beat her to a fucking pulp as revenge. The 'leak' (which was a load of shit in the end)said Drogon came and burnt everything, and then the Dothraki knelt to her, which I felt would have worked much better. I feel like Osha could have deserved a better death, especially since GRRM has said something to the effect of how she is one of the his favourite characters from the show, opposedto the character in the book. I would have at least liked to see her wound Ramsay or get a kill on a Bolton soldier or something. Osha is dead? The twitter reactions to this episode are amazing! The only place that appears even a slightly negative is /r/asoiaf (expected) because of the unburnt stuff. Man, I need to watch it again ASAP. Jesus people really need to be selective in outrage. Dany not burning and Arthur with two swords - not an issue. Sansa voluntarily marrying a psycho and Cersei forgetting how many kids she gave birth to - issues There wasn't much to like until recently... I am really hoping Sansa stabs LF in the dick. Because I'm fairly certain only this could wipe her storyline in s5 from my mind Can't tell if he's lifting her up or if she's towering over him. I cried during this scene. I'm genuinely surprised that I didn't hate the Mel/Davos/Brienne scene. I expected to, but LSH hype got me through it. I do wish Davos and Mel were in the scene where the pink letter was read though.

He mentioned having daughters before. But hey, well all know the reaction Brienne draws.

I think it's more like freedom to be with whoever they want or are strong enough to take. Brienne probably looks like the biggest challenge he's ever seen.

If they can keep up this quality, this season will be entering my top 3 for sure. I liked S4 and S5, but the first four episodes of this season are already better than those of the last two years. This is some serious S3 level of quality, almost S1 even. And without books to guide them. Good for you, David and Dan.

That's a low bar. Except for 2x03

I have yet to see the episode, but I have few questions. 1) Does Euron appear? 2) Is Pink Letter in? 3) Does Osha die in this episode?
Yes or no answers, obviously.

And I just gave him the answers. I didn't want him gloating about Osha any sooner than I had to put up with it.

Speaking of Natalia Tena, she is one helluva charismatic woman.
