What do you think that is being used for? It's going to be a lot harder to speculate on anything new from here on out. We're through the looking glass, people.

I was just wondering if he had any ideas about what it could be. Just because we don't know where the storyline is going that doesn't mean we can't speculate on what the show location could be.

For sure. (FYI, my best guess is a stand-in for the Citadel but who the hell knows?). I was just making the point that it was a whole lot easier to do this in previous seasons. This off-season is going to be very challenging.

I'd say it's either the Citadel or maybe some Volantis set we'll get to see in s6/TWOW? If it's the latter, maybe it's the Red Temple if Dany ends up going there? I dunno.

Judging from the background of his video, and the look of post-battle Stannis, I'd say either Deepwood Motte, or the Ramsay ambush point. Definitely to do with Stannis or the North though. P.S best watched in slo-mo

With news of Sam's family being cast for next season, does anyone think this could be Horn Hill? We haven't seen any architecture like this on the show before and we don't what buildings in The Reach look like so I think it's possible.

^^^ Maybe. Are sams family definitely been cast? I've been looking forward to seeing Randyl on the show for a long time Theres a casting call sheet thats been leaked on WotW. it had casting for Father. Aged 50’s to 60’s, he’s one of the greatest soldiers in Westeros- a humorless martinet, severe and intimidating. He demands martial discipline in the field and in his home. It’s described as “a very good part” for next year and that he’s “centrally involved” in a protagonist’s storyline. Mother, in her 50’s. She’s a sweet, plump, and adoring mother, and has a soft spot for one of her children who benefits from her decency. Sister, in her early 20s. She’s a kind, friendly and unpretentious woman. Brother, in his early to mid-20’s . Athletic, a good hunter, an excellent swordsman, manly, not particularly bright but the favourite child of the father. So very obviously Randyll, Sam's mother, one of his sisters and his 'favourited' brother Dickon i also had another thought. What if the priest is actually Aeron and Victarion combined? that would make sense 'ex-warrior' who 'found religion'.

It's been discussed as a possibility but the description for the character also says "rural" priest who "roams the countryside". That's just not in any way describing the Iron Islands so I don't think you can make that leap. The description fits a combo of Meribald (the rural priest who roams the countryside to help the poor) and the Elder Brother (gruff ex-soldier who has found religion"). And if you were wanting to depict that part of the story, it makes far more sense to combine those 2 characters (ostensibly to run into Brienne and then reintroduce the Hound as those two do in the books) than to cast 2 separate actors. So I think it's a slam dunk it's Meribald who is being described.

Perfect for Oldtown and the Citadel - also love The Call, methinks is perfect for the Prologue material if that is included, which I guess it'd have to if we're going to have Jaqen/other FM there.
