Fair enough. I like it far better than AFfC, but that's largely because my favorites weren't in the latter (Dany, Jon,Tyrion).
AFfC has crazy Cersei, and some solid Ironborn & Brienne chapters though. So I still enjoyed it overall. Too bad he didn't have better editing. A trimmed down version and combining of those 2 would have been much better.

I don't mind the fAegon storyline that much, but I'm glad it's cut. It would just be confusing for show-only watchers. If he was in, I'd just hope that D&D make the reveal good. In the books it came out of nowhere when Tyrion said something like "Maybe he is a Targaryen after all".

I have said this many times now: * Combine AFFC/ADWD * Cut fAegon and Quentyn * Short and edit Tyrion's and Brienne's travels * End the books with the battles of Ice and Fire and a proper ending for Lady Stoneheart/Brienne/Jaime And now you have probably the best book in ASOIAF.

I would say keep fAegon (if you have Dorne you need Aegon IMO) and leave the LSH cliffhanger as it is (if you are resolving other stuff then this works as a good hook into the next book. Other changes; Cut some Jon chapters. I don't care how many hams you have. Cut Arys Oakheart. Keep Areo for eyes on Doran (but give him some personality) and keep Arriane. Keep Quentyn but you could probably cut his first chapter. Maybe his second too though his (and the other Dornish) connection to the Windblown is fairly important IMO. Iron Isles I would probably leave alone. Some bits drag but I don't think there is anything to really cut there. Cut some Tyrion stuff, e.g. The ride with Illyrio to meet Haldon and Duck. Probably wouldn't cut entire chapters, just condense the existing ones. Same with Dany. Cut Davos on the Sisters, just introduce him at White Harbour. Trim Brienne's chapters slightly. I kind of love them though so release the full length as a novella Cut down on Cersei's chapters a bit, like shaving the Myrish swamp... Cut Sam's journey entirely and reintroduce him in his last POV. Have his POV for the Sam/Jon interaction at the wall, then have him meet Marwyn. Add in a flashback to Aemon dying when Sam reaches Oldtown. Arya can update us on Sam when she sees him in Braavos. I don't know what to do with the Vale. Interesting enough, but too little to go on really, and Alayne I in Winds doesn't make for a great conclusion, more of an opener. Leave it then, I suppose. Bran is fine as is. this is probably still too long for one book though, publishing wise.

Well between AFFC, ADWD, and Known TWOW Chapters which only goes into the preparation for the Battle of Fire, there's a total of 130 Chapters. So it would still have to be 2 books because there's no way you could cut 50 chapters and make it another ASOS, which had 80.

Someone pointed out something more horrifying about Euron.
The chapter reveal that Euron killed his half-brothers, Harlon and Robin. Euron killed Harlon due to letting the greyscale spread to his mouth by pinching his nose. Thus, Harlon died as a child. But the horror started when you think about the age of the brothers. Harlon is said to be Quellon's first son, so it should make Euron a few years younger than him. But the chapter mentioned like i said, Harlon died as a child. So how old was Euron exactly when he committed his first crime...?
Euron couldn't get more monstrous and psychotic...
