I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Shireen yet. Haven't had a chance to miss her yet. The same goes for Stannis and Jon (ha!). Her death is probably the most horrific thus far. Those guys at Harrenhal Gregor used rat torture on had it worse I'd say.

Oberyn Martell. Such an interesting and badass character. Pedro Pascal absolutely killed it on the role too, and if not for him Dorne would either be totally forgettable, or worse a complete joke (thanks Sandsnakes). We didn't get enough of him in the books or the show. If any ASoIaF/GoT character got their own background story told I would want it to be him. I miss Sandor too, but like you say, we're getting him back! Oberyn was, I think the best twist GRRM and consecutively the show used. Here he introduces this interesting, charismatic character, and teases him just enough so you miss him when he is gone. Took him away inn his prime so that the following events and - especially - following decisions of show writers wouldn't ruin him. I miss LS character of course - the best twist in the books still missing in the show - but the one character I think the show took away too soon is Barristan. They obviously underused him and got rid of him to make way for more 'charismatic' (Tyriom) and 'sexy' (Daario) characters but there could be so much more done there

Only Cat. She loves you too, Basily. By the way, Witchy, that was the sweetest thing you've ever said.

The Spice King. Dude was swood. Oh yes. I've seen some reviewers call him a prick, but I think he just told Dany how things are. She was in no place to demand anything, and her threats were empty. Spice King was the best part of Qarth for me.

Locke had such an anticlimatic end. Yeah, I wish he was kept alive to be the Bolton castellan and main lieutenant, like their equivalent to Ser Rodrik.

Locke had such an anticlimatic end. Karl Tanner sure didn't though. That shit was awesome.

Locke was one villain they should have kept around longer. Noah Taylor was excellent in the role and I think there is more that could have been done with him at the Wall. Such a bad end for a character with so much potential.

Such a bad end for a character with so much potential. Absolutely. That was a travesty and actually still is how they keep wasting talented actors and cannot even realize the potential for their own invented characters

IMO if there is one invented character that they should have kept around, it's this lady here:

Locke had such an anticlimatic end. I kind of liked Locke's ending. I just wish he'd done a big fight scene before his head was pulled off.
