Rewatch for me, first watch for my husband. He now hates Dany because she "locked up the dragons that didn't even do anything." Did he miss the little girl skeleton scene?? But that was Drogon's deed.

And that she cried! He was still mad about it, so I pointed out that his feelings were wrong, and that he should feel ashamed about them.

BTW props to the guy who played the little girl's father. You don't even need subtitles for that scene because you can hear so much anguish in that actor's voice.

I've watched the earlier seasons way too much, but I'm not geeky enough to keep count of how many times I watched individual eps like Blackwater. Are y'all updating progress charts or something?

I'm not brave enough to re-watch yet...but for those of you who are re-watching should check out Bryan Cogman's twitter, as HBO is re-airing some the older episodes, he's tweeting some fun facts about the episodes. Most recently was Two Swords and some praise for Maisie.

Everything was great, from the cold opening with Tywin melting Ice to the ending, you know, that lovely scene with Arya, The Hound and some chicken...

I was napping through most of my mum's 103 and 104 rewatch yesterday because of an all-nighter the night before (though I still had to set the episodes up for her). But I was awake for 105 tonight. That was the first episode of the show to get its pacing just right. It's not my favourite episode of s1 but it flows better than any of them imo.

Just saw this on GoT reddit, for a second in this shot all flames on the torches look like stags. Accidental foreshadowing.

Stannis doesn't really seem like a dog person either, given that he doesn't even understand human warmth and affection. I feel like his thoughts would be more like Mr. Burns's, "Dogs are idiots. Think about it, Davos. If I came into your holdfast and started sniffing at your crotch and slobbering all over you, what would you say?". (And then Davos would ask "If you did it, Your Grace?".)

Two Swords is my favorite season premiere episode of the show so far. If I had more motivation, I'd go through Cogman's twitter & copy and save his tidbit tweets about the episodes for when I do re-watch (whenever that time comes in my life that I will not bawl like a baby during Baelor and Rains of Castamere).
