I love Lena Headey, and think she's probably the best actress on the show, but for some reason I struggled to come with particular scenes for her. I know she was great in Blackwater and during her incarceration, but I'm curious what are people's favorite Cersei scenes? Her finest moment was in Blackwater, no doubt. But I really enjoyed her talking with Robert about Lyanna and their marriage in Season 1. She was great in Season 5 too, specially in the scene where she is imprisoned by the High Sparrow and of course, the Walk of Shame.

The first moment she steps out of the coach; her character is immediately established with body language Conversation with Tyrion when she refers to the incest and he almost comforts her Conversation with Tyrion when she loses her shit over Myrcella Conversation with Jaime and the golden hand When she tells Tywin the truth and then seduces Jaime, she's great in both scenes When she tells Tommen she would burn cities to the ground for him Almost all of her scenes are interior and boring compared to battles, because that's where queens have to be. But she always nails them.

I seem to remember really liking her talk with Tyrion about Joffrey. Those 2 were always great together.

Lena was also pretty good in these two scenes.

Lena is always great. I feel like Cersei is a more interesting and complex character in the show than in the books. I like Cersei in the books too, mainly in AFFC because she is hilariously inept as a ruler, but she is more a straight up villian, even a bit cartoonish sometimes. In the show, she has a more grey side, and we understand some of her fear and hate. Now that I think, almost every scene where two or three Lannister are in the same room has been great, specially when Joffrey and Tywin were around.

Another scene that's really good in terms of acting is this, probably one of Sophie's best IMO and even in the previous episode where she's telling Theon "Promise Me." Alfie was incredible too here, but even at the end of the scene, you can visually see how Sansa now has great sense of hope knowing her brothers are alive and I thought Sophie played that really well.

I love Lena Headey, and think she's probably the best actress on the show, but for some reason I struggled to come with particular scenes for her. I know she was great in Blackwater and during her incarceration, but I'm curious what are people's favorite Cersei scenes? Hmm... I love the scene when Joffrey dies, Tyrion is arrested and Sansa escapes. Lena Headey captures the rage and fury so well, plus its one of the very few times where we see Cersei absolutely loses it. Her meeting Gregor Clegane out on the yards. The scene starts off with suspenseful music, with Cersei looking on her champion. It's chilling as she walks over the intestines of the smallfolk, and her 'does it matter'. She's full of confidence here. It's both a delight to watch, and disgusting as well. This is mostly my appreciation for Jonathan Pryce here, but at the end of 'The Gift'- where the High Sparrow has some very good, meaningful dialogue. Lancel appearing is also great. But the scene with her and Margaery, where she is no longer restrained by courtesy and gives a 'fuck you' is great. Then Cersei's confidence and smirk- where the episode ends with her imprisonment and telling the Septa that she'll die with her watching. Another: the flashback to Maggy's Prophecy. It's such a deconstruction of Cersei: She tells Melara to not be afraid... then she gets a prophecy that scares the daylights out of her. From crushing a simplistic dream (marrying Rhaegar) to something so horrific (your children dying), you can feel Cersei's worldview changing. Kinda bugged they cut out Cersei throwing poison on Maggy's face and the um... Melara and Wells part, but overall, I love the scene. Not a big Cersei fan, but those scenes are great.

I agree with so many of these already posted above. 1. My favorite Jon Snow scene -- when Stannis burns Mance at the stake and Jon defies Stannis by putting an arrow through Mance's heart so he won't have to suffer -- and risking possible execution by doing so. That was the moment when I first truly loved Jon. 2. During the Battle of the Blackwater, when the flaming warrior charges the Hound and the Hound freezes in fear but is saved when Bronn shoots an arrow into the enemy soldier. The look that passed between the two -- and Bronn's "You're welcome" shrug -- was priceless. 3. Tyrion slapping Joffrey multiple times in the scene outside Winterfell. That might possibly be my favorite GoT scene ever. 4. Arya killing the thug after she asks his name: Her polite "thank you" and then driving Needle into his gut without hesitation... I want to be Arya Stark when I grow up.
