9/10. Absolutely loved Arya killing Trant, Theon saving Sansa, Brienne killing Stannis (hopefully), Dany and Drogon, and FTW was done well imo. My heart was pounding as soon as Olly came to get Jon. Lena was great during the WoS too.

Lena was great during the WoS too. I gave it a 9 too. Agree with everything you mentioned, but I'm so depressed. |

Amazing episode. 10 out of 10. No slow spots, great pacing. Loved all of it...even the end.

Brienne ex Machina raping the story once more. Seriously fuck you Brienne, you boring one dimensional plank of wood.
They killed off Stannis without even letting him regret last weeks actions, butchered the escape from Winterfell, they virtually shit on anyone remotely interested in Stannis, Ramsay or Roose. They fucked up Mereen, set up Benjens return only to shit on us with FTW. Where were the tears? The crying men? Why the fuck do we need Olly anyway?
Oh Arya... err. I guess something happened. She killed Meryn. Now she's blind. Maybe next season something I care about might happen. Though the minuite I start to like her she'll die.
Also, every house in the north is now officially ruled by a pussy. Whenever anyone points out northerners as brave and honourable I'll explain that one man with about 3000 starving men stood against all of the Boltons while they pissed themselves in their castles.
I've talked about butchered. But the sandsnakes? Dorne?
Imagine how pissed Oberyn would be at D&D if he was still alive? I mean he hated Gregor for what he did to Ellia... D&D have raped, murdered and killed the plotline of his entire family and his country.
What a clunky episode with so many plotlines banging against a brick wall that the whole think has broke.
As a book fan, or a show fan. This was just awful to watch. An episode driven entirely by misleading us all in one giant, cock teasing trailer.
I said it before and I'll say it again. In this series of highly complex characters and multiple plotlines, if D&D like it, they extend the fuck out of it. If they dont, the cut it up worse than Beric Dondarrion. Oh, are we still acknowledging he exists.

I gave it a 4. I've always tried to separate show from book and I understand that they're different, but this was such bullshit.

I thought it was fantastic, probably a 10. The stuff in Meereen was a bit too subdued, and Dorne didn't really have much of a climax, but otherwise exceptional. Myranda getting hers was damn satisfying, seeing Stannis destroyed was as well. Lena Headey knocked it out of the park, her scene was really hard to watch. And damn did I feel bad when For the Watch happened.
