Well, she didn't really have anything of note to do in the first episode. But she brings it later, especially episode 3.

Sansa has made quite a drastic change since the end of S4. She's nothing like her older self anymore. I need time to get used to this.

I was strangely annoyed with her in this episode, even though I can't blame her for not wanting Brienne's protection. It just irked me for some reason.

I kind of like what they're doing. For now. I probably won't like it when this wedding happens though.

I think the only saving grace we have right now is that Cogman wrote 506 and I think that's when a lot people are guessing when the wedding will happen.

This passage is pretty pertinent to this thread, I think:
"That said, just because the writers are mining another character’s storylline for Sansa, it doesn’t mean what happens next on HBO’s series will be the same as it was for that other character in the books. So while Martin’s fans might think they now know where Sansa’s story is headed, the showrunners could have more twists planned. "

Oh man, the speculations "Sansa will pretend to share Ramsay's interests and flays somebody"

I wonder how Annara Snow is doing. I feel bad for Annara, if they had mucked up Dany's storyline like they seem to being doing with Sansa, I'd be pissed too. I'm just really hopping against hope that it'll all make sense by the end of the season.

I love the Winterfell story so far. Can't wait for Sansa to see Reek. Kudos D&D.

D&D also state again in that article (as they have multiple times recently) that they a deep affection for Sansa and Sophie Turner (as they do with Arya/Maisie). They want her to be an integral part of the season and add to the Winterfell drama but I don't get the sense they're chomping at the bit to have her suffer and victimized either. So yeah, I'm pretty sure that a lot of the fears fans are projecting on this are pretty unfounded. She'll be put in danger, the audience will worry for her, but she's going to drive her own story as well. She's definitely not Jeyne Poole who came into Winterfell as a shell-shocked snivelling mute and couldn't really put a thought of her own together. With her courtesy armour on full during the greeting in the courtyard, Sansa's already miles ahead of Jeyne in the characterization.

I wonder how Annara Snow is doing. I feel bad for Annara I don't. I saw her posting recently and she can be really rude on the subject of Sansa. And this was in the book section and had nothing to do with the show and she was just being generally very unpleasant to people for no real reason.

I think she legit has a problem though, like something is wrong with her mentally, so maybe that's why. I always wanted to be nasty back to her over there, but I never did because like I said I think she suffers from something. That's what a couple posters over there have told me anyways.

But I know people get heated sometimes about the things and characters they like. I myself have been rude on occasions to some dumb-ass Dany haters. Last week I was actually kind of funny. So, I'm like mildly rude to this really annoying poster telling her how she's always wrong (which she is when it comes to Dany) and she writes me a a nasty little reply back saying that if I was going to be rude so was she. And then I write back to her and say "It's not rude to state facts, you do realize that, right?".
She never wrote back. I guess I can be rude too.

You know what would be great? Not saying people might have something mentally wrong with them because of how they express themselves. Unless you know this person personally, cut it out, because that can be damn offensive.
edit: directed at JB

I'm on board with Sansa at Winterfell but I just don't see how she could agree with that, if it was really her choice as Littlefinger suggested.
Considering that Sansa's only danger in AFFC was Sweetrobin wetting his bed, her story has a massive upgrade in the show.
I can't wait to see LF spin this with Cersei. She's going to know that LF smuggled Sansa out of KL.

I even said I NEVER responded back rudely to her because of that. So yeah, obviously I meant no disrespect. I don't even like it when someone calls LF mentally challenged. I don't joke around about that stuff at all. I think you really misunderstood my post/intention.
